there are websites that have actual measurements, but I don't know them offhand,
I measure height and width,
a little extra for overlap to adhere adhesive,
then I decorate w/ stamps, etc.
I actually just finished making some and cut the paper in 5 1/2 inch squares. I was using 12x12 decorative paper so this was easy. You can use a little smaller paper.
***I will tell you that you do have to adjust sometimes because depending on the wrappers, the Hershey bar covers are different now. Sometimes they come wth the silver inside wrapper with the Hershey bar wrapper on top but these new ones I got were all "enclosed" in one brown Hershey wrapper that is sealed at both ends.
before I had my son I made some of those and brought them to the hospital with me. I ended up giving them to the nurses that cared for me as a thankyou. They LOVED them.
Happy Stampin

Okay here goes....if you don't understand anything just let me know.
cut paper 6" x 7", with the 6" side at top of cutter, score at 1/2" from one side and then 2 3/4" from the other side.
use sticky strip down 1/2" side folded in and along the bottom. Put together. use a 1 1/4" punch to put a half circle on the top of the box. Then use the 1/4" circle to put a hole just under the half circle in the front only. Put a long piece of ribbon around the chocolate or whatever (could be a card, bookmark type) you're putting inside the box, then put it in the box and pull the front ribbon through the hole and tie in a bow. Use the bow to pull the chocolate out of the box. If you are using a wheel....do this after cutting the paper to size....but before scoring the paper.
Here's the instructions I got from my demo to make these. they are very cute!!! I'm expecting my first baby and I made 8 of these to give to my nieces and nephews when the baby's born. They aren't done yet because I'm not sue for another month and I didn't think it was that great of an idea to have chocolate sitting around in this heat!!!
