CD Holder Template

Hello All! I know I seen a template out there for CD Holders...
I am burning a couple CD's as gifts for christmas (lots of photo CD's!) and would just love to stamp the holders for them.
Can anyone tell me where I could find a template??

Here are some of my favourite CD holder/envelope designs.

CD envelope out of a Lunch Bag!! :cool:<--my new favourite! So easy! What I've done next is to stamp a title page ( 5" X 4-3/4", or 13cm X 12cm) as the front cover to my CD holder.

I've also made a couple of CD envelopes for friends using the Petal Card template. (I had to re-size it to make it bigger and then add extra paper to the left and right sided wings because the template was wider than my printer would allow (8.5").

Besides using StazOn (as suggested in that thread), I also use a blank (white) CD label sticker and stamp the title, dates, images on that and then stick it onto the CD.
