Bitty Board Book - HELP!!!

Okay Ladies

I need some advice again... My daughter is going to have my first grandbaby in November, I wanted to start making a little bitty book of ultrasounds and so on and give to the other grandmother and make myself one as well, but I don't know where to begin. What do I paint or cover the other side with.

Again help, advice, suggestions would be GREATTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have seen great results with Stampin Up's designer paper adheared with SU square glue stick. It really works!! I guess you could use any designer paper of like quality/thickness. You could probably modgepodge it too.
