I am in the same boat as the original poster. I am too much of a chicken to start on the project, I have over 200 sets and really want to un-mount them but afraid that I am going to ruin them.
I don't know of any but it's very, very easy to do... you really just peel off the existing backing off of the rubber and remount it on new cling foam (if that's how you want to use them...) I put as many unmounted stamps I could on a sheet of the cling then dusted it with baby powder before I trimmed them. The baby powder helped keep my scissors from getting sticky.

This is my favorite thread. Many pictures and resources. My suggestion, just do it! after you do a set or two, like everything else, you will get better at it. I index the cling (aka EZmount) with Stazon so that the image is visible through the CD case. That makes the process longer and messier (love that Stazon!) but i am very happy with the results.
