Other than that you can go through your local printer and they can make them. I have done this and had success. Sometimes the edges are smoother than others however. I'd call around too because when I did prices varied quite a bit.
Before Christmas, I went to Office Depot and bought the cheapest ream of paper ($2) and then took it to their copy center and had them cut it and 'glue' it to make my own cubes. Mine were 2.75x2.75 so that I could get 12 out of a ream of paper. You can make them any size you want. You pay for each cut ($1.50 or so) and then glueing was $4 or $5. I think I paid $16 total (including the paper) for 12 of them.
I know Kinko's and Office Max do the same thing and prices are similar.
