Default LSC37

Hi all! I'm posting this early because I am a late bloomer in the mornings and don't want to make you all wait. Remember what it was like before you had a whole drawer full of ink pads? Let's see what everyone can come up with from this list. Remember that you can use any combination of things on this list, but you cannot use anything not listed below. When you upload your card to the gallery please put LSC37 in the keyword section and post a link to this thread so we can all go look. Everyone is welcome to play -even if you've never done a challenge before...please join us!!!

Challenge: Instead of embellishing using supplies from the list, actually use the supplies themselves to make embellishments...such as paper beads, quilling, cut outs for focal points, etc... I hope that makes sense!

Supplies:specialty paper, cardstock, ink, hemp, stamps, crystal effects, dazzling diamonds, two way glue. No limitations on colors.

I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with and I do hope you enjoy the challenge! Here is a link to a card I made for this challenge. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

What a cool idea, Virginia! I love it! I can't wait to get home to try it!

* I would like to continue the idea of guest hostesses that Jami started. Once a month, I hope to have a guest hostess. If you're interested in December, PM the date preferred and your LSC idea. Thanks Virginia for your awesome challenge!

This was tougher than I first thought. When I looked back at past cards with handmade embellishments, I always combined it with traditional embellishments!

I had a cold settle in after work last night. This is what I came up with (faux heart button). I hope to try again when I can think better!

Here are 2 past cards with cs embellishments that also have traditional embellishments on them.

I hate to throw anything away. I started using the 1/4" strips I cut from cards. Here is my card for the challenge

I went through all my cards and even most of my earliest ones have "traditional" embellishments. Guess that means I'll have to get started on this challenge right away! (I'll leave what I did find anyway, sorry if you've seen before, I'll replace them this weekend with something new!)

Hey everyone great job! I can't wait to see more cards made for this challenge. I want to make another one myself. Maybe I will be able to tonight, but it depends on how well I do getting my workshop for tomorrow prepared.

Smile Questions?

I'm new to the site. I am looking for actual pictures of cards or scrap pages using stamps. Can anyone please help me out?

Thanks for your kindness.

At the top of the page is the gallery button just click on it and you'll find a a list of SU sets - if you're looking for one in particular go throught the list. If you're looking for other companies just type a name into the search bar on your top towards the top, this also works for any sets, or any word you type in that search.

You can find the latest additions to the gallery by going to home and in the middle column you'll scroll down a ways until you see Most Recent Gallery Additions click on Todays Additions. It'll be the last twenty four hours of uploads. No uploading is done on Sunday if you ever start a gallery here.

If you have more questions just ask!
I could link these pages for you but it's better if you can find them on your own so you know the next time.
