F4A92 – “Black Friday” – 11/25/11

For those of you who just celebrated Thanksgiving, you are probably familiar with the OTHER yearly tradition associated with the end of November … Black Friday!! It’s basically where all the retailers try to entice you to shop for the holidays the day after Thanksgiving by tempting you with ridiculous sales where you stand in incredibly long lines where you may or may NOT get what you went to buy in the first place. Sounds like fun, right??? (Despite this description, I am a DIEHARD Black Friday shopper … which is why this post is a little early … I’m revving up my engines and getting ready to go!!)

Soooo….. now that you’ve had this incredibly long description, here is what the challenge is for today. Since we are headed into the holiday season on this Black Friday, I challenge you to make a wintry/holiday card showcasing BLACK!! That’s pretty much it …

Now … I’m off to the races!!

Fun challenge, Wendy. Hope you got lots of gifts off your shopping list and saved lots of $$$$ too! I combined your challenge with the QFTD in one card. I did cheat and added a teeny red border to liven it up.
