Happy Friday!
It’s my turn to host the Free 4 All Friday Challenge this week.
The Challenge is “Mostly Blue! ”
Use mostly blue for your project... simple as that!

Well....BLUE used to be my favorite color, and I still tend to hoard blue papers and scraps. So, it was a JOY making a Mostly Blue card!
