Blue and Brown is such a pretty color combination. I was a little confused about the "banners and flags" though. Was I supposed to have a banner on my card, too? If so, the challenge police will definitely be knocking at my door! At any rate, here's my card:
love blue and brown together....although my umbrella turned out to be really blue and the bg is teal blue....hmmm...I was to lazy to recolor my image...and trying to use up scraps so didn't want to get more paper out...
