Pumpkin Pie Dessert
1 c. canned pumpkin (I use the whole 15 oz can)
1 6 serving pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 c. cold milk (I used 1 1/2 cups)
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice OR cinnamon (I used the cinnamon)
8 oz. container of Cool Whip
Blend all together until creamy and put into a 9x13 graham cracker crust.
2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. sugar
Mix sugar and graham cracker crumbs together. Melt margarine and mix into crumb mixture. Pat into a 9x13 pan and set until firm. I have put my crust into the freezer to set, however yesterday for some reason it still fell apart, so next time I make this I am going to bake it first. Add pumpkin filling and let set in refrigerator for 3 hrs before serving.
