Default I Love Dove Dark Chocolate!

I am PMSing really badly. My DH offered to go get some dark chocolate for me. Isn't he sweet? Well, tonight he bought me Dove dark chocolate. I can't believe how much better it is than the others I've eaten. It's so smoothe and creamy! Why haven't I tried this before?

Anyway, my nutritionist says that dark chocolate is good for you. So, I have been eating a lot less milk chocolate the last few months. I've always liked dark choclate, though, so I don't mind. I was wondering what everyone else preferred. Dark or milk chocolate.

I love Nestle semi-sweet chips! Since I have been working full-time the last few years, I don't have time for baking cookies. So, they aren't hangin' around the pantry, anymore.

I like milk chocolate. I'd really like some right now, but there's none in the house. You know WHY there's none in the house??? Because if it was I'd be eating it... and there would STILL be none in the house because I would have eaten it all! I LOVE chocolate!

My Mother always wondered who opened the bag of chocolate chips. Got to confess it was me. My daughter and I always fight over the special dark on the bag of miniutures.

I heard somewhere that if you melt 3 Dark Chocolate Dove promises in a mug of milk, you get the most fabulous hot chocolate. I haven't tried it yet, but it sure sounds good!

"Just the wrapper now" That made me think of one of the VSN cards I made with a chocolate wrapper. Take a look. Wouldn't it be great to send a card like this with a mug filled with chocolate to a friend. Of coarse, you would have to eat one first to test the quality of the package and to make the card!

Love chocolate (dark before milk, but will condescend to eat milk if there is no other choice ), however, I get very sick in my stomach when I eat it. So, if I have to pay that price, I'm going for

GODIVA, BABY!

I was just thinking about posting this poll the other day! I am a big fan of dark chocolate. I really don't even eat milk chocolate anymore, now that they are making a lot of candy bars with dark chocolate. My favorite is the Milky Way Midnight. Yummmm!! The dark KitKat is really good too! I just saw they have a dark Nestle Crunch, but I haven't tried it (yet).

Now, if you want to talk about nasty, let's talk about WHITE chocolate!! ICK! Wayyyy too sweet for me!

Oh my gosh! Were you watching me? I am sitting here with my Dove Dark Chocolate hearts from Valentines. There is no chocolate to compare!

I go to Target the day after the holidays and hoard all the Dove Dark and hide it in the freezer.

Dove Dark is Devine!

Default If you like Dove

I think you would like Paul Newman's organic dark chocolate bars. You have to look in places like health food stores or Whole Foods Markets.
I quit Dove when I found these.

Dark chocolate for me and I always have some in the craft room.

Now for the good part! While my husband was looking up lowering cholesterol on the Internet he found that DARK chocolate is good for that. So eat your DARK chocolate in good health!!!!!!!

I read about the health benifits of dark chocolate in Prevention magazine, I already liked dark but now Dove's Dark Promises is the only chocolate in my candy jar. Now I don't like the taste & feel of milk chocolate.

I love both, but I prefer dark chocolate...totally depends on the brand, though. I like to think of myself as a chocolate gourmet...I love to sample different kinds!

Hershey Special Dark...eh...if there is nothing else. I'd rather eat their milk chocolate. The best I ever had was when I visited their factory in Pennsylvania...man! Getting it right from the source is THE BEST! I've heard there are now dark chocolate M & M's out there...I've got to get those!

Lindt Truffles...either milk or dark, though I'd prefer the dark. Don't throw any funky flavorings in there either.

Dove? Dark is best! But I will eat the milk and be thankful too!

I just bought some wrapped chocolates for my open house called Guylian...these are really yummy! Not really sweet, but very smooth.

One of my all time favorites? Lazaroni Dark Chocolate with Amaretto Cookie Crumbles...that is to die for!

And I like Droste Pastilles...the milk/dark combo is one of my favorites, but they are all good!

For a wonderful chocolate smorgasborde, go to Cost Plus World Market...best chocolate selection in town. Every year for our church bazaar we do baskets to raffle off and my contribution is always a gourmet chocolate basket...it is highly sought after!

I like milk chocolate, but it has to have peanuts in it. My favorite is white chocolate. My fiancee loves dark chocolate, but it is just too strong for me.

And this thread is just pure torture right now (have to be able to fit into my wedding dress in 19 days) UUGGHH!!

Dark Chocolate is the best! Although I must admit that I'm a bit like JanTink, it depends on the brand. If I'm really needing a chocolate fix just about anything will do but if I had to choose a favorite it would be Godiva. I don't get it very often but when I do I'm not very good at sharing it! I like the Lindt chocolates too. My favorite candy bars are the Dark Chocolate Milky way and symphony although I don't think it comes in dark chocolate.

no doubt about it- dark chocolate. ANd yes, there is dark chocolate m&m's and oh so good but hard to find. Try target in with their regular candy. There are also dark chocolate hershey kisses that are okay. not as good as dove but will do.

Default M&M's

I was just saving something to my Word verses file and found this for all the M&M chocolate lovers.
Rox

M&Ms

Each color has a different cure, of this fact we are sure
When you are feeling grouchy and mean,
we recommend you eating green.
At times when you are down, the best choice is brown
Orange's special coating will minimize your bloating
The ache in your head is cured by the red
To help you be mellow, take a dose of yellow
Agitated too, eat a handful of blue
If your whole life is a drag, just eat the whole darn bag!
Should weight gain be included as part of a warning?
Forget that! Your diet starts early Monday morning.

As I sit here eating my dark chocolate M&Ms...

I love chocolate! That being said, dark chocolate is my favorite!! I love the Dove darks, the Hershey's special darks, Milky Way Midnight (YUM!!!)...all of it!

My DH went on a work trip and brought back a box of Godiva chocolates...dark chocolate assortment.

My favorite, though I don't get them too often, is Ethel M's dark chocolate lemon cremes. These are fabulous. I get in the airport at Vegas...

M&Ms all gone...must get more...

I prefer Ethel M over Godiva. They are made by Mars (M&M).

LOVE Dove Milk, but Dove Dark is the ONLY Dark I like (Dove is also M&M)!

I just bought my first bag of Dove. I usually have Lindt when I really want to spoil myself but I figured I better listen to my girls and try Dove. Now the question is how long can I hold out on opening the bag. Still need to lose another 10 pounds before vacation & the dreaded 2 piece bathing suit.
