Default SBVC54...Big Brad Design...12.10.08

SBVC54...Big Brad Deisgn...12.10.08

Good morning scrappers!

Continuing with the Use your stash - we are using up some brads. Since they tend to come in containers of 50 or more they seem to add up fast. Your challenge this week is to use them in a design. I chose a flourish and used a variety of shapes and sizes to add interest.

You could create a circle (full or partial), borders, flowers, Christmas tree, holly leaves, berries - the possibilities are endless depending on your pictures.

my sample:

vacation

you can find all submissions for this challenge here: SBVC54
SBC's Information Thread:

Everything you need to know to participate!

The OPD (One Page Doc, aka: Master Challenge Thread) that includes all challenges on one page for your printing convenience can be found here: OPD

If you have any questions please feel free to contact any one of the SBCT (scrapbook challenge team)via pm or simply post your question in this thread.

Another fun one, Peggy. I've been drowning in papercrafting gifts for Christmas, so I'm not sure when I'll get to this (but I promise I will!).

I thought I'd *cheat* a little and post this page I did back in October where I used brads to make a shape.

Talking Here's Mine

I think I had these Big Brads out for last weeks challenge and didn't use them! They were perfect for tonight, although I didn't have as many as I thought? I did use up other stash with them --- eyelets and page pebbles....all of them at least 3 yrs old -- matter of fact, so is the paper!

Fourteen

Here's one I did awhile back. I used a paint stencil to mark where I would need to punch my holes so that I could place my brads in a fun swirl design. It took forever. But, I loved it!

Cute as a Bug

Thanks for looking!;)
