Well. Lesley, O HAD some mojo earlier and was making a few cards, and then talked to Kush, and we were talking PINTEREST, and next thing you know, I am searching for my mojo that got lost while we talked - probably under something on my table!! Then, out of nowhere, this appeared in Jammertown! Talk about dirty by Kushabella - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
I am still laughing and can't get going again, but I HAVE to have a comeback, RIGHT??

Lesley, I added Robyn and her Nephew to my prayers...and prayers for all of you that have been sick...Hope you all feel brand new soon.
CarrollAnn great pics, thank you for sharing, I so admire your daughter, DeAnna, she is an inspiration to all of us. Still keeping her in prayer...
Jan, Greenie has to stop at my house first, then she'll head your way...LOL
and Tater, I did a card for the challenge, but I goofed! My card is mostly for a woman, and NO flower...but it is a Get Well card...I managed to get one thing right anyway.

Wow CA that is amazing that DeAnna ran that 5k. AWESOME actually. God is so good, to give her the strength and the determination to do that. Blows my mind! Those are some adorable children and they are sure proud of their Mama. What a life lesson she has taught her children. I'm in awe.
Shirt you forgot me on your list. I'm usually after Kathy, sniff...sniff!
Oh Greenie a teenager card uh? Gots to think on that one sisser. I have a card I have been wanting to case that Pam MacKay did a few months ago so this may be a perfect time to try it. I'm using the same stamp and the same technique! It will be different than hers though.
Jan it sounds like that jet of yours is going to be hot in the skies. (notice it is now a jet not just a plane!) So when you get done at CA's dinner you might as well come on over to my house for dinner. Whats your favorite dinner? I'll make it! I'm pretty good at baking even if I do say so, just ask me!
Kathy are you still sick? Jerry and I both still have this yuck stuff and it just won't go away.
Well while I was writing this my youngest daughter called. Shes been sick since b4 Christmas and went to the ER because she is having trouble breathing. She has pneumonia and is so anemic they are giving her a blood transfusion and admitting her. So if I disappear for a few days you'll know why. Hope I don't have to go there because I'm really not up to it myself. So say a prayer for her if you would.

Well my daughter has had 4 units of blood. She has been very sick off and on for about three years. She was diagnosed with Lupus about a year ago. Well she went to a new Doc a few months back and he thinks she has Celiac disease. Between the specialist and her regular MD they have been going back and forth as to who had to do the biopsy to determine if it is Celiac disease. Now they don't think she has pneumonia at all. They think all of this is because of the Celiac. She will be scheduled for a biopsy while in the hospital and some extensive blood tests. I have been after her to put her foot down and get this biopsy done. She has a spot on her foot that is so bad she has been walking with crutches for about three months now. It won't heal and somehow they think all of this is connected. I am not going up there while she is in the hospital because I will probably need to go when she goes home. Well at least thats the plan but that could change any moment of course. This is really scary. Please pray.
Silly, I'm praying for your daughter as, I'm sure we all are. My grand daughter, Emily, the one who ran that Tinkerbell 5K with her mom, has celiac disease. My daughter has searched high and low for gluten free things for her. I hope they figure out what's wrong with your DD so that she can fight it!!! LYMI

Dear Sisser - don't worry we will all be praying up your DD - it is definitely scary and I can't imagine why she has waitied so long to try to get them to find out what the problem is - things don't go on for 3 months unless there is something wrong!!

Greenie she has not waited for 3 months to go to the Dr. They have been working on her foot at least that long if not longer. She has had it cut open because what little it was healing it was healing incorrectly. She has been at the Dr almost every week. They have not been able to figure out what is going on. She has had a whole team of specialists working on her. She is at the Dr. at least every other week and sometimes every week. This has been going on about three years but seems to be escalating in the last few weeks. They cannot get a handle on this and its getting scary. I will put an update on here when I learn something new. Thanks all for the prayers.
More prayers needed! DeAnna and her family got home from Disneyland, and Emily (the oldest and the one who ran in the 5K with her and who has celiac disease) went to ER and she has the flu!! The flu is bad enough, but DeAnna CANNOT catch it! She is supposed to start chemo on Monday, the 28th. I don't know if she was able to get a flu shot with all that's going on with the cancer, infections and those darn drains. Please pray for a speedy recovery for Emily and that DeAnna doesn't catch it.
Silly, please keep us updated about your DD. We're already praying!
Oh Father....if there is ever a time when we need You, now is it! These precious DD's of Sylvia and Carroll Ann need your healing hand. I ask that you hold each one of these precious gals in the palm of your hand and spread your loving healing power throughout them. Please give their physicians wisdom in the undertaking of their care. Please grant their Mama's the patience to wait upon You, for as You know, us Mama's can be a very impatient sort when it comes to our babies. We love you, Father and thank You for the blessings that You bestow on us.....Amen.
Sorry, gals, I just felt the need to pray as I typed.

Sylvia, I am keeping your daughter in my prayers each day - and will keep lighting candles for her.
CA - the same for your daughter - and the pics were really adorable.
Greenie, you sound wonderful and as if you are doing so well - but continuing to keep you in my prayers as well.
Actually, Ladies, each of you remain in my prayers daily as well as those special needs. Even though I don't always type in - I check in!
Oh Lesley that brought sweet tears to my eyes. Such a heartfelt and meaningful prayer. Thank you.
My daughter's name is Jodi Greenie.
Kathy thank you. Same here. Even if I don't take time to type something in I check in almost every day. You are all in my prayers daily. Hugs to all of you cyber friends.

Yay, I have a name to remember - thanks, Sylvia!! Keeping up with Emily and Deanna, I like to use their names when I pray!! Lord knows, these 3 need it big time right now!!
Kathy, thanks, you sweetheart , for those prayers that are keeping my knee working hard- that was a cold mile this morning - tonight it is going to be -2 wind chill - Brrr!
I am trying to answer you all and comment but there is a lot going on here - now I am taking my DGS to BBpractice tomorrow night on top of everything else - busy, busy - how did I just SIT for 6 weeks, except for therapy??? Headed to check out John's Bath room - they had a huge plumbing fix the other day - not a way that he would have chosen to spend his 41st BD for sure!
Hugs all around - included in the prayer package! LYMI

Sylvia, I have put you on the schedule for Feb 8th. Now you are on before Kathy. Sorry about that. Hope you and Jerry are getting better all the time. Praying for Jodi and her situation. As a mom, I know it is scary for you.
CA, keeping Deanna and family in my prayers too. I enjoyed seeing the pic's.
Greenie, I am so glad your knee is doing sooooooo good. That is wonderful news.
Kathy, glad you are feeling better.
Lesley, what a beautiful prayer you prayed. That really touched my heart.
I hope you are getting to see Justin more now.
Nothing new to report on Jodi. They took a biopsy of her lower intestines today to see if they can diagnose the Celiac disease. Tomorrow she is having a colonoscopy.
They are calling for freezing rain here tomorrow night. In the morning I have a dentist appt so I am going to the store like the rest of the population in case I am stuck in here for a few days. Its cold tonight. The wind is blowing which doesn't help.
Well, Emily feels awful, and now DeAnna feels "Yucky", but I hope she's not getting the flu from Emily. She's supposed to start chemo on Monday. I just pray all goes well and the both feel great by Monday. I'm sure praying up a storm for Jodi and for all your needs. Lovely Driver, it's great to see you! I have been moving stuff out of my craft room. Most of it is in my closet. Eddie and I set it up so I can get to everything. There's still a lot that will have to go in the shed. I've ordered bunk beds for the boys. I'm getting a toddler bed for now for the other one, just in case. Later, I will get another bunk bed. It looks like the boys' room will be a girls' room, the craft room will be the boys' room, and my closet and bedroom will be transformed into my own personal craft area. Life goes on, doesn't it!!!
My goodness but we need a lot of prayers on Das Bus. Jodi and Deanna are surrounded by angel's wings!
I have had a bit of a set back getting over this crud; must have tried to do too much too soon. Y'all don't count me out yet, I'm gonna win this one!!!
I am excited to announce that Gunner will be retiring this July!!! I have had to keep my mouth shut while he pondered what to do. The decision was all his to make but I've wanted him to be done with that place for a long time now. Never said anything to him one way or the other but now I'm glad he finally decided! Woot.
He's already purchased a new Atlas and has been planning routs and stuff! Can't wait. There may even be a trip to Wyoming!!!!

Goodness, an awful lot of you riders are going through lots of issues that hurt the heart, or have been either sick or someone close to you is, trying to get over the flu or a cold and cough that is hanging on - Shirt, Pat, CA, DeAnna and Emily, Tater, Kathy and Hubby, Sylvia, Jerry, and Jodi, Mark and Lesley (for Robyn, Bev and Tad) and for any of the sistahs who may have asked for prayers for themselves or someone else - lots of"lifting up" to be done here!!!
For all of you and your families and/or friends or relatives, coworkers, etc. Let us concentrate all our efforts on holding each other up and being encouraging to those here who are sick or having other things making their lives more challenging. Prayer Warriors, this is your call to ACTION!! Make it happen!! CHARGE!!!!!!
Lots of Hugs and Prayers for all of you!

It is with heavy heart that I have decided to resign from giving the challenges. I have thought long and hard about this decision. It is time for me to step down. I will continue to pray for each of you and your concerns, as I always have. God Bless.
I sure hope you are getting better Shirt. You must be so tired after three weeks of being sick.
It sounds like lots have been happening on the bus! Lots of prayers are needed. For some, I have never stopped since I added them to my long term illness prayers for sistahs present and past - some I have lost contact with. Jodi was on that list as well. Deb Wood, Shirt, Pat, Grace, Helen, Michelle (friend of the Sistahs) and others. Some for needs as the come and go.
Do you think you just need a leave of absence on the challenges, Shirt?
Smoooooches!

Good to see you hopped on the bus - I am not able to keep up with the latte machine up on top - sure hope you have time to hop back on with us, and take care of that again - no, I do not drink lattes, only coffee, so it never comes out right when I try to make it!! (I think you are the only one who has latte experience!!) Hugs, Brat Girl!

I can certainly understand that DRIVING THE BUS is more than enough responsibility for you to handle, with all that you have been through this past year, plus being on the DT for Squigglefly and Paper Cupcakes, and now Mark's Finest Papers - I think I would have lost it a long time ago, but you have surely given it everything you had and kept us motivated and moving constantly, making up a new list and keeping track of some of us "delinquents" - LOL Love you, Bus Driver!!
Love that you have been there for all of us doing this and certainly respect your decision if it seems to be too much right now.
THANK YOU AND BLESS YOUR HEART!!
