SU order lost:(

I had placed 3 orders with SU a few weeks ago. I received only 2. I received an email saying my order had been delivered and must be lost. I had ordered a lot of ink pads and markers. I know the UPS guy and he said he doesn't remember delivering anything. SU said they are looking into the matter and will contact me soon. I am bummed.

OH NO!! I hope they make it right. I can't even imagine how many parcels were flying around the country this past couple of weeks so it could be anywhere. ugh.

Do you have a neighboring street that has the same house numbers as you? We had a very important American Girl order get delivered to the wrong street but right house number a number of Christmas' ago. The people came home and noticed the box and took it upon themselves to track us down and give us a call. Saved Christmas for us.
