Question Steam cleaning grout

Does this really restore your dirty, tired looking grout to almost new? I live in Austin, Texas and the Austin Steam It company claims to "guarantee your floor looks brand new or its FREE".

Is dad correct...if it sounds too good to be true...is it?

Please comment....

Thanks, Sandra

I've heard steam cleaning does wonders. A friend of mine (I'm also in Austin) rents a steamer from Home Depot or Lowes and says it does incredible things to their shower tile.
