Sending International Mail

OK, this might seem like a silly question .... but when I send international mail to Canada (a package weighing less than a pound), are there customs forms we have to fill out to go along with it?

Can I still print postage from home if it's international? My time is limited and hours are weird to go to the post office so if I can print and just drop off the package like I do for regular U.S. packages that would be better.

For international I always go in. There are custom forms to fill out. But I am not sure if you can print them online or not. Sorry couldn't be more help.
