Shell I would be willing to host Flay Jaydin, I do not go to many places, but Krista could take her to the school. or games, Daisy and I could take her to the park or walk in a corn field waiting to be planted... or maybe for ice cream, or breakfast at grandmas with Mickey Mouse waffles Depending on when she would come to visit, there might be a fun day or two ...
I know it is not very exciting, but I would be happy to help if you need another host ...just let me know...
My niece did Flat Stanley when she was in grade school. No one told us about it so we didn't get to take her anywhere. We found out about it after the fact. Once Bob understood what Flat Stanley was all about, he was kind of disappointed.
I might have to take Flat Jaydin to Eureka Springs. Road Trip!
Well, I've added another 1000 words then discovered a major time-line issue so gotta fix that on Sunday. Tomorrow is all day in the Studio! Well, after I run into $General.
I hope you have sweet dreams!
Good job on all the work!! Sorry about the continuity issue. Hope it's an easy fix.

Oh, thank you so much!!! We will take as many hosts as we can get. It's great to get different states, and even different perspectives on the same state. That would just be wonderful!!
Well, I spent a long time tonight doing the Kraftin Kimmie blog hop. Took forever because there were 34 participants. I think that is way too many. I'm trying to do more blog hopping to get my blog out there for people to see so I can get more people to my blog. I think Perfect Sentiments is going to have one, but I don't know when yet. We're talking about how to get more people to our blogs and also to take part in the Wednesday challenges.
I also have made a spreadsheet of the challenges that I'm following so I can see what's due when and which ones I can combine. And I forgot to check out the SCS ones except for TPT. I did include that one.

Lables 18 I really like them...If Tammy comes up tomorrow I will have her show me how easy they are to use... I used a 40 % off at Hobby Lobby, and did not have to pay shipping... So stopping there for Krista was a good idea... All three trips through the check out lines...
oh and a new pan from Michaels for Valentines day, 12 small hearts, I am thinking brownies...
yep another 40 % off...

on eBay, I found a magnetic spacer plate from Spellbinders. I am hoping that will help me do multiple cuts at the same time.
a "12-heart pan" - oooo, heart shaped cupcakes or muffins sound good too.
At tonight's BB game, Addison and I decided that when she is here next week, we are baking cookies. Don't know what kind yet, but I'll think of something.
Off to check my eBay items - see how things are looking.

Good shopping Soni. I'll have to look up #18 and see what they look like. I'm looking for a new Labels, but so far haven't seen what I want.
I cannot believe that it's only 10 p.m. Seems like it should be much later than that.
I"m updating my blog. I've been trying to space the new cards out to only 1 a day so they'll all get recognition. The one I'm putting up today is very special. I love how it turned out.
Now that I've got my blog updated, my challenge list printed off, directions printed off, I think I'm off to bed. Lots to do tomorrow around the house. I may have to go get a few groceries, but not a lot. Just fresh stuff - fruit and veggies. Going to DD's house for dinner on Sunday.
Jaydin just finished reading Flat Stanley. She is hoping that several people will host a Flat Jaydin for a week.
If you would be willing to host her for a week, please let me know. She would very much like to get several hosts from around the country and/or world.
Here's the letter we'll send with Flat Jaydin to give you an idea of what is involved with the project.
Dear _____________,
Have you ever wanted to go somewhere really, really badly, but you just couldn't go? If you have then you have something in common with Stanley Lambchop, the main character in the children's book entitled "Flat Stanley".
In the story Stanley was squashed by a bulletin board. Being flat, he was able to participate in many adventures. He was mailed in an envelope by his parents for a "dream vacation" to visit friends in California. He even placed himself on a famous painting in a museum to help catch some infamous art thieves.
We are sending you a Flat Jaydin to take care of for the week. Please take her with you when you go out and include her in your activities. She is bringing a journal, and she'd really appreciate your help in filling that out each day. When she comes home, we want to hear all about her adventures in your area! We're going to learn a lot about geography and history in our project. If possible, take pictures of Flat Jaydin with you when you are out and about - or even when you are at home. We want to hear all about life in your part of the world. We would love any information about your area that you can include - maps, post cards, special things that come from your area, and things like that. Flat Jaydin is bringing along a little spending money. Please, help her use it wisely.
After the week is over, send Flat Jaydin home and include her journal of the trip, pictures of Flat Jaydin's adventures with you (can be on CD or DVD if you wish), and any special items you want to include about your area or her trip.
Thank you so much for helping us with this project. We are so excited to learn all about the wonderful differences in our world.

I'm sure Lawrenceville is not very exciting for her but I know Justin would be willing (Orlando but not Disney ) and I bet my friends would when they go back up to Newfoundland too. Maybe Stanley could go whale watching!

JMO but I think Stanley needs to go to your house when there is snow! What fun!!!
I think I'm outnumbered ... I've been married almost 24 years ....and only once!
I'm standing with ya! 1 husband, 39 years, many 'what was I thinking' moments but more 'oh yeah' moments! and don't forget we got married 2 weeks after I graduated high school!!
I just updated my blog with my FINISHED monthly challenge projects!!!!! YAY!!!!
... and there are 4 days left in January!
The "old me" would have been realizing I wasn't done come Jan 31! LOL
Good for you! I've got to play catch up this weekend. I have 3 Christmas cards to make. Luckily I bought some images and got them last week, so it should be easy to make a few before Tuesday.

I think it's wonderful when people find each other like that and can stick together through thick or thin. Shows me that they are really meant for each other.
I must say that I have changed quite a bit since I was first married at 20 to a very controlling man. Glad that I finally figured out the way life was supposed to be lived
I woke up about 3 this morning and was thinking that I wasn't going to get back to sleep - tossed and turned for about an hour and finally sat up and read my book for while. Then was able to lay back down and sleep until 7. Now trying to figure out what the day is going to be like. I do have to run out for a couple errands, but nothing major. I'm sure I have some laundry to get done and give the house a once over.
There are a couple cards I want to get done this weekend. While I was tossing and turning I was thinking about cards and thought of a card to make for one of the challenges I was looking at last night. It will actually cover at least 2.
Our 8th grade basketball team has a regional game today at 2. We'll be going to that to watch Ali cheer. After regionals, she'll be done cheering for junior high. Kinda sad
I take that back. I may be staying home with Dustin. That temp is still up! He'll have his 3rd dose of zithromax today. I can't believe that temp just won't go down.
