I am poop'd After the vet and 2 stops I met Tammy and Faith, we went to Bob Evans for breakfast / lunch...then to a friends house that Tam used to work with ..Faith was so cute after her hair cut...
I had to stop at two grocery stores...I am trying to utilize great deals so four boxes of cereal for $10.00 plus a $4.00 off coupon... hard to beat 4 boxes for $6.00
and I needed a few things that I forgot the other day
I am ready to sit and rest...til the boys come over...
I think Krista and Keith are going to Ali's game, it is an away game...
Daisy has a nasty case of fleas we do not understand how or why , she uses Frontline every month... we are trying a couple of things, one was another Allergy shot , we are positive that she is allergic to fleas and we might change to Advantage... if this new trick does not work...
She is so miserable , poor baby ...and she cannot go to the groomer til they are gone ... double sad face

Sounds like you may have gotten a bad batch of Frontline if it didn't work. Sorry for Daisy and for you.

Thanks Maggie, it really tears me up to see her so miserable... I have been on line looking for home remedies too ... I may try the dawn dish soap, but that will dry out her skin so more itching : ( maybe the skin so soft if I have any...I can coat her in it and put a baby t shirt on her til I shampoo her... We will see how she is tomorrow, after just putting a new frontline on, I do not want to do any thing yet...I am to report to her vet in a day or so...if there still live ones she is contacting Frontline...and they will cover the expense to treat her differently I just want her to stop itching and not have critters crawling on her...
We had a great ride today. After the kids' lesson was done, they took their horses down to untack (there were 5 of us on horses in the arena). I stayed up there and cantered my horse. Had a great time. The kids looked great on the horses and are very excited about the show. We rode with 10-year-old triplet girls today. They are going to be in the same classes (in the show) as Jaydin. It was good for them to be together.
Good to hear from you Kel, glad you cashed in a couple of categories... why are you not going to be there next year?
OCW will always fall in or around Abby's birthday. At least until she's in school and being there exactly on her birthday isn't as important, I'll be in Nashville.
Well, my tpt card is done, and it looks pretty simple on the out side ...
I added a small 4 line poem I thought up and matted it inside the front and them stamped a spider web and added ribbon to the other side... so in all, it turned out pretty cool ...
I have it scanned in so I can upload it early in the morning before I leave... I really like being home on Monday and Tuesdays now!~I need to remember that when I make appointments
I haven't even looked at the TPT card for this week. I might do that tonight so I can play tomorrow when I can't be on line. We're to have storms in here tonight and tomorrow.
Yeah, it's nice being home. I'm still trying to fit that in. hehe

OK I was hoping there was not any other reason, I knew the birthday time issue
Good Morning...I am up in time to see the sun rise...it is so pretty...
I slept pretty good again, after the initial wake up at the 2 hour mark I am able to go back to sleep for 4 or 5 hours...I feel more rested most days ...I am trying to not drink any tea after 7:00 or 7:30 Only warm Ovaltine if I want some thing That seems to be helping
Daisy is still snuggled under the covers... Time to go brush her, she was so matted yesterday, I really need to get back in the habit of brushing her really good every day ...
I picked up a thing of Rich Chocolate Ovaltine yesterday. I thought I'd try it as my fluffy substitute at night. Although the coffee doesn't bother me, it doesn't hurt to eliminate the caffeine. hehe
Kel. I stopped in at your blog too...that card turned out super...great ideas all put together I need to look at my left overs, I really do not remember that piece of paper or card stock...but then again I do have a mini brain
I'm trying to think if that CB folder was part of Shell's envie or from a stack of CB mats I got in a sister pack LOL. Shell, do you remember?

I prefer the "malt " one in the orange and brown container...the chocolate is not quite as rich... and it is really helping me Kel...to get that 4 or 5 hour stretch of sleep is so wonderful...
I hope it works for you...
Oh, I use it as a chocolate flavoring too, to add to anything I am making or baking... I have used it in frosting or added to vanilla pudding or made a drizzle with it...

I do have the boys, but what a quiet night here... Dustin is in my room watching tv Cody is on the laptop and I was reading while Voice and DWTS was on...I just came in here to finish up commenting on the TPT gallery ... there are some super cute cards this week
Have you all seen the pumpkin instant pudding mix by Jello brand? I tried it, it is really heavy on the pumpkin spice flavor...I think adding some whipped topping to cut the flavor is a good idea or adding some cream cheese to it maybe...Actually I think if I added the dry mix to a spice cake it would be great or make frosting with it ... lots of ideas...
real pumpkin is something I cannot have much of, so I wanted to try this... the boys both thought it was "too pumpkin-y" and they love pumkin pie

Oh, poor Daisy. I think Spirit and Goddess are battling them as well. I failed to take 10 minutes to put their drops on today so that is first on my list in the morning. I think Goddess brought them in when she got out a couple weeks ago. Ticks are out again in full force, too. I need Bob to help me put flea/ tick meds on Buddy. He won't let me anywhere near him. He's such a big baby.
Good deal on the cereal! I need to check the Kroger website Sun. before we leave Nashville to see if we're stopping there on our way home.

I saw more fleas in the bath tub yesterday than I have seen in 7 years of having her all put together... and they are still on her I did get her Frontline on tonight so I am hoping when I brush and com her tomorrow it will be better...
Sad story about horses .... a horse that used to board at our stables was being bullied by another horse. He, apparently, tried to jump a fence, hit a post and gutted himself. So sad. It was a day or so before they found him. Poor Levi. Jaydin knows he died, but I've not told her how it happened.

Thanks Suzy...I do like that folder, just really wondering how much I would use it...it Shell had it I would ask her to send me a mat of it to play with
Good morning Quackers. I had to go visit one of my church ladies last night, took my quick shower and then watched the debate. Got my monthly challenge card posted to my blog and on our thread. I'm using it for TPT this week.
Good morning, Maggie. Sounds like you had a busy night.
I'm up to get a music blog post done before storms move in. Then it's the usual Wednesday cleaning while Bob's driving home.

I think it would be lovely in white for Christmas or Valentine's Day. Or maybe in a primary color for a birthday party (think Silly String)
So not ready for today. LOL I worked a TON while Bob was gone. Unfortunately, it means any of the reorganizing I wanted to get done is barely started. It's going to be a crazy day... but then it is Wednesday.
Once I'm done on the computer I'll be in 'Dody' mode. hehe Putting stuff away, moving stuff from this cabinet to that one, putting up Halloween decor, etc. I have the storms to thank or I'd probably be on here all day.
Oh, because I know someone doesn't pop over here often, if any of you from the CCC12 thread wanted to include a card in someone's Christmas Surprise box, you still have time if you mail this week. I won't be sending her the box of cards until middle of next week. I need to photograph them all for a gallery album.

we have a local online garage sale site on Facebook...I always check it out... there was a lady with 2 card kits brand new both making 18 cards for Christmas...child like style I got them both for $5.00 Dustin is thrilled she also had a Queen size black pin striped quilt so I went to look at it, she was within a mile of where I was going yesterday she had shams and 2 decorator pillows to match... what a deal all for less than a third of the price of the black quilt I found at Target...
woo hoo for my deal of the day ...
Oh and I got a like new black skirt that is really nice and stylish for a dollar it will fit Ali or Brooke...great for chorus or that "needed" occasion to dress nice

Fabulous deals Soni! that's pretty cool to have an online garage sale site. I know here in my neighborhood, you can only have 2 a year or else they consider it a business and it's not zoned for commercial.
Just popping in for a second. Went and walked and had my lunch. Boss is out right now, but he'll be back. He said he had a lot of work to day and has another tele conf at 4:30.

Krista and I are just back from an unscheduled trip to go get Faith and to see grandpa...
It seems his rough days and nights have progressed to a more constant level of constant jabbering, figiting and very low amount of times that he knows us or what he is doing... He seems to be talking to some one but we do not know who
The nurse said he is progressing, probably nearing his final time ...It is so hard to see him like this... I so wish my girls did not have to...

So sorry to hear that Grandpa is going downhill so fast. It's such a sad state to see them in. Sending up prayers for you all.
Maybe he's conversing with his family on the other side. It's said that they do come to greet you when it's your time to go through the veil.

I told the girls that...Tammy said he said Wally's name last night and said something about best mechanic...
I know he has told us he is ready to go see his mom... he even told them he wanted new shoes on to look nice for his MOM...
My girls are amazing~ that is all I can say...
they do not give up, they just keep on trying to help him and loving him
watching both of them today really touched me... they are both staying there tonight...
I am praying for a peaceful time, truly wish he could just go to sleep....
