Yippee I found a tub of Autumn pretties I had not been able to find... so now My door is dressed with the scare crow and my pretty flower centerpiece from Lisa's is out in yet another new location.. and a few Halloween goodies are out as well

I think other than folding a load of towels for Krista and letting her know when her jeans are done in the washer I am done for the night here

She went home and Keith and the boys followed soon after she left too ...

I am reading for some supper and some hot tea and either tv or my book... I want to check in with Tammy to see how her and girls are too

Sounds like you're all ready for the coming season.

I meant to get some laundry done today, but I made cookies and breakfast instead and then have spent the last hour and a half visiting blogs and leaving comments.

I want to go do up a card for TPT. I found a little extra something on the Internet for it.

I am trying to do my laundry at night so the machine is available for Krista in the day time... She did get a few loads done today before and after our trip to Peoria... Her washer is much larger than mine so it takes twice as many loads to do it here...

cool...I need to look at my Halloween goodies to if I have one thing to use...I think* I do

I am at home tomorrow with a few chores to do...but I hope to get a card done for TPT and maybe a couple of other ones too...
Tuesday , Daisy has an appointment at her Vet for her distemper shot and I need to get her Frontline and Heartguard while I am there...

Can't blame you there. It's so great that you can be right there and have a washer for her to use. I took a load to my mom's today, too. Her washer now is about the size of mine. I just washed them over there and brought them home to dry.

I don't even have to buy candy for Halloween this year at all!

She takes most of it home to dry...since this is an older dryer...she likes some of her settings at home...I just do the towels or sheets here for her to help her out...

I will not be buying much candy here either...but not for the same reason as you ...lol

I had a queasy stomach earlier and was shaky too ...
and before any one asks, yes I ate today lol
So I fixed me a small can of biscuits, and ate three of those with butter and a little jelly... I feel better now...

I hope you feel better soon...

I still have not made it to my chair, I took a bath, and put a load of my towels in the washer and took the whites out of the dryer...

I need to go check on the Cardinals, see how they are doing... I really do not watch it, but I feel I should these days : )

You're very sweet and helpful to do that for her.

I'm glad that I'm not buying any. Thrills me. I hate Halloween, anyway.

Glad you're feeling better. Even though you ate earlier today, it may not have been what you needed in your tummy.

Thanks for the reminder about the laundry. I have white things in the washer and need to change them out.

I've been working on my TPT card and it's coming along nicely. I used my monthly challenge kit for it. Now I need to print of a little picture off the internet and it will be all finished. It was great playing along again.

I got my cards done from Maggie's envelope. I just need to get the pictures done tomorrow. Wait for the lighting to be right.

Speaking of laundry....I should have done a load today...but, I didn't get to it. Oh well...it will be there tomorrow!

I got the kit, looked through the MFT sketches for one that would go with what I had, and then just put it together. It's a bit busy, but I really like how it turned out. I'm not planning to put it on my blog until Wednesday though.

I just put some things in the dryer which means I can't go to bed yet. One of the things needs to be taken out; the rest can wait until tomorrow night.

Good morning Quackers. Another whirlwind week here. Boss has mediation 3 days this week - Yeah for free lunch. Then he'll be out of town on Friday and I'm going to have lunch with my sis for our birthdays.

I got a lot of organizing done - what that means is that I've put a ton of files in boxes ready to get closed. Now I have to go through them all and actually organize each file for closing.

Did I tell you that they are not closing hard copies of things anymore. When a file is ready to be closed, one of the Accounting staff will scan the documents into a file on the system and then they'll shred the actual file. I know there are some that my boss will not let go that we'll have to keep, but most of his are mediation and arbitration files and we can get rid of them.

I know so many places are going totally paperless these days...now that there are safer back up systems available ...

I do not have sketches saved any where, so If I do any thing I go look at the gallery or my favorites
I guess I should try to start a way to save some sketches, that might be helpful and easier...

Good Morning

Wow at least we have some sun shine today...

Daisy and I are gonna get a few things done around here today... She is a stinky dog again so as soon as it warms up a little we take care of that
Especially since she needs to go to the vet tomorrow ...

I am off to get my tea, and check things out on here ...

I guess I should try to start a way to save some sketches, that might be helpful and easier...
I really like the MFT Sketches and I go to their Forum on SCS and print them off. You can print off a page or two whatever you want. I'm trying to make a card for each sketch. I'm very behind. It's hard to keep up with the current ones, so I don't worry about that. I just use the ones that fit with what I'm making. I like MOJO Monday also, but most of their sketches are a little more involved.

I also like the SCS Sketch Challenges and will check them out also when I'm looking for a layout.

morning....well, it's cool here this morning. Sure plays havoc with the wardrobe choices!!! It is suppose to get to the mid 80's this afternoon!!! So, it's a choice of shorts...and be a little chilly until 1pm....or wear capri pants and be a little warm. Not even putting jeans in play here!!! I'll be bowling....so, being inside won't matter at that point!

Yes...I'm going to bowl! My knee is feeling better just a little stiff this morning. Will do my warm up exercises right before. Plus all my morning exercises now.

I don't think I've told you guys that I'm planning a trip to Minnesota next September to Scrap Fest at Mall of America! I'm so excited. Not sure if I can talk Soni and Kelly into going. It's the Paper Bloggers Group that we blog with. Vikki Jo is in the group now too and we'll probably meet up with her also at some point even if she doesn't go to the Scrap Fest. I'm super excited about getting out again and meeting up with people that I chat with.

we have been dealing with that for a long time here... very odd for this early in the season I just use more blankets unless the baby is here

I was in hopes of not using the furnace until November... but I have needed to run it a few mornings for an hour or so : (

Really...well that might just be what I need to look forward too... Sue Alt would be another one maybe ... * thinking...

Maybe if I sell some of my "not played with enough" items that money could be put aside for a special vacation...

Hi there.

Washer and dryer are in ... and have both been initiated into the family. I'm working on the dress, some cards, and a special book thing that Jaydin needs for riding.

I still feel awful, but I have to get stuff done.

Thinking about Dody today. I hope all goes well for her closing and that she's taking care of that back!!
