My fan blows directly on me - WHEN Spirit allows me that side of the bed. LOL

Although I didn't feel cold when I woke up, I must have gotten chilled because I woke up parallel with the bank of pillows... and NO cats!

I'd probably wake up sick or achy if I let the fan blow directly on me. I don't even like that so much in the summer time.

A Bonus Room is a Must! LOL Heck... I want an entire building. LOL But if you go with a town home or condo, I know that isn't an option LOL So you better think about an extra bedroom... just a thought

That's why I have the creative blog. As you found out with bowdabra, your blog is your resume.

When Bob and I had problems eons ago (his mid-life crisis issues), I promised him I would not do anything that didn't relate to my writing. And I've never broken a promise to him

I just creatively look at something I want to do and figure out a way to write about it

Wow... Didn't realize you'd been married 3 times.

But then I thought once would be enough for me. I went in reverse. I got the bad one out of the way... practice.. then found the perfect guy!

I've heard of the catch-all closet... but never a bathroom LOL Even if it is only temporary.

Don't blame you. If you can't be comfortable why bother. May as well stay where you are.

I watched a couple find a home in Virgin Islands last night. Pretty places... and affordable.

Hey Karen....that's great!

Krista picked November....and Soni said that she would take whatever you didn't want. But, if you really wanted November...then they would take something else. Just let me know.....

So....with Krista taking November...(or if you want it),....we still have December and then April 2013.

I'll let y'all figure it out....then I'll post it.

Seriously, I am so excited - I should have a final, written offer by Monday, Tuesday at the latest. My hours will be from 2:00pm to 10:30pm and I work every other Sunday. The best part is that I will be making almost $4 more per hour than I was at the clinic. Okay, I just need to breathe and wait patiently for the written offer which will come by email.

This also means that should I need to, I can move back to my own house and not have ANY financial worries - should I need or want to make the move.

Praise the Lord!!!!! That's awesome. I'm so happy for you, Sue.

We had classes with our homeschool group today. We started a new semester, and I have a new group of kids in chorus. Should be an interesting few months.

I had planned to go to the store after class, but Jaydin had gone on the playground. She slid down the slide and into a puddle of water. When she came in saying that her bum bum was soaking wet, I figured out that her feet were wet to the point that her toes were wrinkled!! Oh my. Anyway, I made her take her shoes and socks off after she changed jeans (I just happened to take an extra pair today!!!), so we couldn't possibly go to the store. Oh well .... I was happy that Mark could go for me.

***Help alert ....

Jaydin just finished reading Flat Stanley. She is hoping that several people will host a Flat Jaydin for a week.

If you would be willing to host her for a week, please let me know. She would very much like to get several hosts from around the country and/or world.

Here's the letter we'll send with Flat Jaydin to give you an idea of what is involved with the project.

Dear _____________,

Have you ever wanted to go somewhere really, really badly, but you just couldn't go? If you have then you have something in common with Stanley Lambchop, the main character in the children's book entitled "Flat Stanley".

In the story Stanley was squashed by a bulletin board. Being flat, he was able to participate in many adventures. He was mailed in an envelope by his parents for a "dream vacation" to visit friends in California. He even placed himself on a famous painting in a museum to help catch some infamous art thieves.

We are sending you a Flat Jaydin to take care of for the week. Please take her with you when you go out and include her in your activities. She is bringing a journal, and she'd really appreciate your help in filling that out each day. When she comes home, we want to hear all about her adventures in your area! We're going to learn a lot about geography and history in our project. If possible, take pictures of Flat Jaydin with you when you are out and about - or even when you are at home. We want to hear all about life in your part of the world. We would love any information about your area that you can include - maps, post cards, special things that come from your area, and things like that. Flat Jaydin is bringing along a little spending money. Please, help her use it wisely.

After the week is over, send Flat Jaydin home and include her journal of the trip, pictures of Flat Jaydin's adventures with you (can be on CD or DVD if you wish), and any special items you want to include about your area or her trip.

Thank you so much for helping us with this project. We are so excited to learn all about the wonderful differences in our world.

Thank you!

Thank you!
Great idea! If I could keep her a bit longer, I'll bet Bob would take her on the boat with him. But I'd have to have it 3 weeks.

Oops. The things kids don't get into.
I keep a little sterilite tote under the back seat in my truck for Adrian. Spare outfit complete with underwear and socks, her water shoes or flip flops (hate but good in a pinch) and snacks.

My niece did Flat Stanley when she was in grade school. No one told us about it so we didn't get to take her anywhere. We found out about it after the fact. Once Bob understood what Flat Stanley was all about, he was kind of disappointed.

I might have to take Flat Jaydin to Eureka Springs. Road Trip!

I used to do that, but with her being older, I don't any more. I just HAPPENED to have extra jeans with me today.
