We had another good day. Our Hispanic twins have definitely gotten comfortable with us. Wow. They were wild today. Using a bit of Spanish, though, has been an amazing help. I really think that our effort has touched them.

No, I won't get a bunch. These are only small plants. I had 3 berries on the plant earlier in the season, and I think now there may be 3 or 4 berries. One berry is getting pretty big.

We worked hard today on the other house. I cleaned out the pantry today....I did save the cans that are still good. We can donate those to the food bank here.

We did sort stuff in each of the rooms.....this was mostly rocket stuff. It was pouring rain..so, it took awhile before we could load up the cars. But, it finally let up enough we could do that. Then it poured all the way over to our house.

Glad that you got some rain though. They've been telling us all week that we were going to get some, and as yet, haven't seen a drop.

Sounds like you're making real progress on the house.

Good Morning...at least I am up a little earlier today...

Having my windows open a little sure was nice,I love fresh air
I think today it to be sunny and near 80 tho it is only 52 right now

I am at home again today, I may have a friend that will look at my car some time tomorrow, if he does not, then I guess I will need to take it to the dealer up here ...
I do not like not being able to go anywhere

However I did get 2 tubs of clothes sorted and folded the other day, maybe I can work on more of that today If my friend Sandy comes over, maybe we can go thru those clothes so I can clear out some ...that would be great : )

I need 3 Anniversary cards and a birthday card made soon too ...and I want to get an update ready to go up on my blog too

Hey girls. Will get updated in between loads of laundry. Didn't have time to get on yesterday. Long day but Adrian had fun.

Kelly, I really want to get a Smash book and start an art journal using it. I paid for a class on Art Journaling and have done nothing with it so far. Luckily, it's ongoing and online, so I just need to do it on my own. I still haven't finished all the lessons for my Techniques class that I started last year. I'm so far behind in stuff.
I understand the being behind, Maggie. Bob would say too many irons in the fire. But as creative people we can't help it! It's just who we are.

I've looked at the Smash book. I like how they make all the components so it's user friendly. I'd like to someday - hoping for next sprint - to offer an Altered Book class on-line with tutorials available by email.

Hope you're feeling better Lois. I think there's just a bug going around. The fever is how Adrian and I's headcold started.

How are you feeling today, Soni?

The weather here is gorgeous. We're going to spend as much of it out in the yard as we can. I sat and read the Wanda Bruenstetter book last night when I should have been weeding the tomatoes LOL So instead of inside stuff today we're going to take advantage of the 'no/ low humidity'

Adrian met a little girl yesterday who leaves about the same distance from West Plains that we do.. but over the Arkansas line. Meggie is about Adrian's age and doesn't have anyone to ever play with either so they had a blast. Meggie's Mom is a kid at heart and got up in the tunnel tubes with the girls. Adrian thought that was cool. LOL I have a feeling she's going to expect me to do it next week. How do you explain to a 4yr old your claustrophobic? LOL

2 more tubs gone thru and sorted, and my friend did come and take 3 garbage bags of clothes to donate to a thrift store she volunteers at
and linens off the bed and in the washer... plus a walk to Kristas and back... not bad for a morning at my house... lol

time for a break, and enjoy some fresh brewed ice tea : )

The weather here is gorgeous. We're going to spend as much of it out in the yard as we can. I sat and read the Wanda Bruenstetter book last night when I should have been weeding the tomatoes LOL So instead of inside stuff today we're going to take advantage of the 'no/ low humidity'
A little better I think, I am at least able to do a few things...and I was ready to get up a little after 7:00... that is rare these days I am hungry so that is a good sign...

It is beautiful here, nice breeze so I have windows open, the few I can...and that is great I need to check on my flower mats and give them a healthy drink I hope they do grow, they will be so pretty if they do
I have not bout any annuals yet, other than a few pansies early in April
I hope to get some impatience to go around my tree and a few other pretties if I can

I need 3 Anniversary cards and a birthday card made soon too ...and I want to get an update ready to go up on my blog too
Well, glad you get to stay home because it sounds like a busy day for you.

Hope you can get the car looked at.

I've looked at the Smash book. I like how they make all the components so it's user friendly. I'd like to someday - hoping for next sprint - to offer an Altered Book class on-line with tutorials available by email.
That would be fun. My problem online is that I don't have to keep up, so I get behind and don't do some stuff. I really need to get on to a schedule again.

Soni....iced tea sounds wonderful about now!

Well, it's raining again. So, Jack took my car to the storage unit to unload. I'm not sure if he is coming back before going to WM or not. He dashed out quickly.....

That's great that she made a new friend and had someone to play with.

Not only clautrophobic, but I'm not as young as I used to be to do things like that.

boy...I need a schedule too!!! I feel like the other house gets scheduled...but, my stuff isn't being done! Well, at least the running of my house is....bills paid, etc. But, as for going grocery shopping ....the kitties are eating better! I've been so pooped lately...we've either eaten soup...or we eat out because of working.

I'm sure hoping to get some cards made tonight.....I'll be home tonight!

Last night was our first night not to bowl on Wed. Well, we were so busy at the other house...finally got loaded in the rain. Then drove over in the rain....unloaded at the storage unit..in the rain. Went and got a sub sandwich....got home when we normally do after bowling!!! Then it was do our chores...and do laundry....it felt like a normal Wed after bowling!!!

Rain is North and South of us, but none right here.

I see lunch in my future.....as soon as Jack gets home. So, I guess I'll get some things done...and wait for him.

I'll pop in later....oh, yes....it was raining again when we took some of the stuff out of my car that was staying here.
