It's so pretty! I would worry about all the lumps, with all the junk that ends up on my table, but love the colors.

I have seen instructions on making a purse with a similar technique, using the large scalloped square die to cut the squares out easily. This might be a good reason to pick it up!

I am a quilter also..and those are very easy and fun! Beware of all the threads in your washer and dryer! If you ever make anything larger, you might want to consider a laundry mat to wash/dry and fray the edges.

My sister and I made fullsize rag quilts out of denim, old shirts, etc...and they go together FAST!

That is really pretty. I've made many rag quilt blankets, but wasn't sure how it would work as a table runner as it's bumpy/lumpy. But I think the cuteness overrules the bumpy--LOL! That would make a nice quick gift,too.
