NEED HELP! Residents of MORGAN HILL, CA Please Respond!!!

Here is what happened. Yesterday, my DH was driving back from San Francisco. He stopped at the Morgan Hill "Gas and Shop" at 17005 Condit Road, Morgan Hill, CA to fuel up his tank. He was charged 80.00 on his debit card rather than the 44.00 he purchased. He can't find his receipt and we can't locate the place by phone number to dispute the transaction. We called the bank already. The thing is, we are leaving tomorrow for Puerto Rico to visit his family and every $$$ counts!!! This puts us at least 40.00 off our goal. Can anyone help with the name and number of this place? Any ideas/help at all?
