Default How do you store your jewelry?

A few yrs ago DH bought me a nice jewelry case, but I have out grown it.
I need something that holds more. Saw a nice armoire on ebay but I hesitate to spend over $100. So, I'm curious to know how you store yours!

I use the Longaberger Vanity basket. Unfortunately, there isn't a good place for necklaces so I'm trying to find something for those.

I would love to know a good solution to the problem of where to store jewelry!

Unfortunatley, mine is strewn all across my dresser...not a good way!

My mother and I both have Lori Grenier jewelry boxes from QVC. She has all different shapes and sizes and you can fit so many pieces inside her boxes. They're all lined with her patented silver-safekeeper, which keep silver from tarnishing for up to 40 years and protects gold and gemstones as well. Check it out at www.qvc.com

I use the same boxes that Jessica uses. I have mostly silver jewelry and it is always shiny when I take it out of the boxes. I just polish it up after I have used a piece and put it back in the box. I love them. And I do believe that there is an amoire in the collection as well if that is what you are looking for.

A friend of mine bought a jewelry amoire at Hobby Lobby when they were 1/2 price and I think it was about $70. When she sold her house recently, that was one of the items that the new owners wanted her to leave but she wouldn't part with it!

Sorry, no help here. I only have my wedding set (so I "store" it on my finger) I'm not much of a jewelry person.

My Dh spent the $100 and got me a tall boy chest....I love it! The only problem is that it is full...or is that a problem? Make sure whatever you get that you have enough room for your necklaces...I ran out of room right away on the hanging part.

I have one of the tall armoire's that others have described. I wouldn't get it on ebay though. You'll pay a fortune for shipping. If you can wait until November or so, they always go on sale just before Christmas. I know JC Penney usually has a bunch of them in their jewelry area around that time. They might stock a few around Mothers Day too (not sure about that).

I have one of those armoire's and got it right after Christmas when so much was on sale - heck I think my DH got it at Walmart for like $69.00 and I love it I can have everything all in it's own drawer. Hate when I can't find things .
God Bless
