Congratulations Emzi. How exciting for you. I am so happy you are receiving this recognition. Sure wish I had the time to make a card in your honor. I have to be honest, these days I don't have time anymore. I need to get off of some of these design teams. One more month as a dirty girl at least. I am going to go down to one DT-I think that is all want want to handle because I don't get to do what I really want to do otherwise. Have a Happy Week as the Feature Stamper my friend!

I missed Emiz's week as Featured Stamper. But, I did wish her a big congrats and am planning to case one of her lovely cards asap. I was out of town last weekend. This week, I have been so busy cleaning my house after the workers finished. I have worked from early morning until night for 4 days now, going into the fifth. I am so tired and so is my sweet hubby. He has worked just as hard or harder. We have cleaned every floor downstairs, plantation shutters, blinds, windows, too. Window treatments had to come down, all furniture polished, on and on. Now, for the upstairs. It isn't quite as bad but still very dusty.

Soooooooooo, that should explain why you haven't seen me around much except for my blog hop cards and CCEE cards. I had to get several cards made ahead so I would be able to work in the house this week. Sorry about not commenting much...just couldn't get it done. I am a bit overwhelmed...no, a lot overwhelmed. Hopefully, things will settle down soon.

Congrats Emily...I have been soo busy and really have been out of the loop of things.
Just wanted to let you all know that I will MIA for the next couple of weeks. My family and I leave for the disney cruise in the morning for a week and then onto syracuse and then onto Boston to see a Yankee/redsox game. Sunday July 8th we will be at fenway park to see christophers yankees play the boston red sox...Go Yankees! Look for us in right field. Miss u all~

Hi All....I haven't been here in a month. Hope all are well. Sue, I sure hope the family enjoyed the trip.

It's been a hot, hot, hot summer for some of us and I think some of you are just recently getting the warm weather (Canada). What's up there?

We've had a lot of rain in the last couple of weeks and everything is so green. The water sprinkler just can't do what the real rain does. Hope everyone gets rain soon...can't be soon enough.

We've had a good bit of lightning and that is how my dil's parent's house burned. There was an intense lightning storm last week and they came home, opened the garage door, and smoke poured out. They got the dog out of the house and have been able to save a few items. It is a total loss. They were just struck by a hailstorm in April...lots of damage. It was a day of tornadoes so I guess it could have worse. Anyway, they will rebuild and carry on. They're strong but it must be hard.

I haven't seen some of you around in a while so I am assuming it is just a busy summer and life taking over. Hope all is well.

Hi All,
So great to be able to sit at the computer for a spare moment...our summer is crazy, we are away every weekend for my older sons lacrosse team. We just got home from vermont and now heading to lake placid for a week. We come home for a couple of days and then head to my uncles beach home in the hamptons for a family reunion. Home for a week or two and off the the Jersey shore for a mini vacation. Before I know it summer will be over in the blink of an eye. I miss stamping and all of you.

Sue, it sounds as if you are really having a good time this summer. I'm really happy because you dealt with so much earlier. There's nothing like family vacations. They give many good memories and fun times. Enjoy!!!!

Gosh, the storms have been horrible. We've been lucky so far. So much damage going on. I'm sorry about your dil's parents Benz.

Just popping in to say hi! Crazy busy summer with the kids home. A month of swimming lessons (mamaritzi is getting in shape - yeah!!), week of camping with friends in the Okanagan (was h-o-t HOT for two days - mid 90s but thankfully we were by a lake), a great time on Vancouver Island and now a ten day coast till school starts which will include some school clothes shopping and squeezing out the most we can from all the great weather we've been having.

I have the great honor of being a Mojo Maker now - you should have heard me squealing when I read the e-mail. A bucket list item I can check off

LOVE my Verve and have always enjoyed Julee's sketches so it's a great match!!

Trusting all is well with everyone. Know several have been cooked out with hot temps!!

Hopefully will have a bit more time to chat and catch up once school starts.

A Mojo Maker - gosh, it's about time - you've done some of the most awesome jobs on the mojo cards - CONGRATS!!!

Yep, been busy with summerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr too! WHEW, almost over. School starts 9/4 here. I'm going to get a PT job in the next couple months I hope, so I'll have even less time. I miss my punchies and my stamping time.

Nope...Although that project is progressing nicely. I even took some pictures today of all the sentiments that I had sorted onto various sheets of paper labeled by type. I had thank yous, birthday, christmas, sympathy, etc. I ended up with one pile I had labeled "commands" for some like smile, giggle, relax, bloom where you're planted, etc. All verbs! I also had one for what I called "oddballs". Those are those sentiments that I'll probably never use. Wierd ones. Don't have any meaning I can think of. Do you have sentiments like that?

Another hint...has to do with monthly challenges. Oooh, that clue tells a lot!
