Fellow punchers - just in case you haven't read the news - tommorow SCS will be shut down at 7 pm Pacific Standard Time. Up here in Canada we are on Pacific Daylight Time - so I think that is an hour ahead of my time.

They think they'll be done for ? 2 hours until they get the bugs out of the system.

Thanks for that info, Debzi. I was about to ask you how you commented on my RAK card. I haven't been able to get on the gallery or my gallery in several hours...about 4 1/2 hrs. Is everyone else getting on theirs?

No, really, my foot pedal for my machine requirez me to go barefoot, and prezz the "button" down with the part of my foot near my big toe. Requirez a bit of tipping the foot to the inzide. The musclez on the inside of my leg get all tenzed up. The end near the knee hurtz the worst. I already have myofascial pain syndrome so sewing for 6-8 hourz at a time is brutal. When I'm done, I can hardly walk. Of courze I didn't figure out that it was the sewing that was killing me until I waz thru about 12 of thoze quiltz. I haven't sewn zince Saturday, zo it'z beginning to feel a bit better. Lotz of mazzage and lotz of Rossiter and lotz of stretching...lotz of work!

Yeah, my Scottish is way back too...but the Irish isn't. My grandma was a Flynn. My Scottish is Douglas. My Welsh is from Macllynyth and Llangenydd, Glamorganshire. English is from Cornwall. At firzt I thought I might be the ancient one on here, with all the young zpring chickenz whoze picturez lookz like they're only 20 (well, maybe 25) but when I went lookin' I found that therez a few of us who really have...the best thing in the world...are you ready, all you young zpring chickenz...GRANDKIDS! My, they are wonderful! Well, you still only look 20, maybe 25! Not like me! My hair was a lot white 27 years ago.

Besidez, I look at thiz ztage of my life like thiz:

I am blessed to have six...count 'em...six! Ages 5, almost 4, 2, 2, 2, and 3 months. Two boyz and 4 girlz. I get to watch them all at one time or another, very regularly! (Not all at once, heaven forbid!)

I agree with Bugzi! We zhould be able to zend our fellow Punchkateerz a greeting for their anniverzary of their natal day (AKA birthday), right? But for that, we'd need to zhare our birthdayz (okay, year iz not required, I could juzt hear the moanz) and our znail mail addyz.

But zince I be new on here and don't know all the protocol, if I'z ztepping on any toez, juzt tell me to "hush up", and I'll do it.

Now - to make a card or two.

FYI - I'm a very slow cardmaker, and when I make 1 - I make 4 - 6 of the same one!
So days will go by when you won't see a card -but I am actually working on them!!!

Used 1 nestie. My LSS has used a number of House mouse cards with nesties to frame the image. They are such big images - that's been a real inspiration for me to - uh........ purchase MORE nesties!!!!

this morning and she is having the same problem I've having. She said maybe it would be resolved after the shutdown this morning.

Hi galz!!! I'm home from work today. Had to get DS#2 signed up for Medicaid as a supplemental to his Medicare! Boy, they want ALL of the household information! Banking info, car and health insurance info, income info, and this is not even for us! This is for DS#2!!!! Why do they need to have OUR infor just cause we all reside in the same house!!!!!!! Annoying! Grrrrrrrrr!!!

I swept floors and vacuumed, now I can go work in my craft room. I need to play with tulle to make pew bows for DS#3's wedding.
