In Word 2003 make sure you have the Drawing toolbar checked so it shows up onscreen.
Go down and click on AutoShapes then click on Basic Shapes and there are two triangle shapes on the second line (an isosceles triangle and a right triangle). Select one and click on it to bring it into Word. A textbox will appear with the triangle inside.
Drag one of the tiny circles at the points to resize to your liking.
Drag and drop the triangle outside of the textbox.
Remove the textbox by clicking on it and selecting Cut from the dialog box.
Now make sure you have the Picture toolbar checked so it shows up onscreen.
Select the text wrapping icon and click on it. Select Behind the Text.
Start typing and format to your liking. You could then take a screen shot and then insert several copies in the document for printing. I'm not sure how to evenly space the lines inside; choosing center justification and dragging the triangle over to the center doesn't work.
Hope this helps.
