Hi. I found this awesome link to a SU demo.
She has 2 videos on converting punches to the silhouette.
Now, I have an eclips, but I'm betting with a bit of work, I can make this work.
Thought I would share this with you.
Thank you so much! I know this might seem silly to some but I was worried about buying the MDS punch files and making them into my own SVG's. I felt guilty I would be hurting the demo's sales. I didn't know if it was frowned upon. I am the girl who usually likes to break rules. ;) I have wanted a lot of those designs for a long time. I just didn't want to store the punches. Thank you for sharing.
I don't think they intended for people to use them in the cutting files, but as shapes to "cut" in digital scrapbook pages and cards. Its a good idea, but I would be cutting those shapes out too with my CraftRobo. I don't have the space for all those punches and I like to be able to re-size them. Kind of like getting unlimited punch sizes.
I am sorry if I was confusing. I don't want to make them into cut files for profit. Sorry, everyone if it came across that way. I meant I want to turn them into my own personal SVG's so I can cut them. I would never sell the files. Since I work with die cutter's so much I have die cutting terms always in my head. I just want to trace the MDS files and cut so hence the SVG's since that is what they technically become. I don't want to store all the SU punches either.
