Crying and need help with MDS

Ok. I created my image with Christmas Lodge stamp.
I saved the image.
I imported as a jpg to print 4 to a page.
When I go to open a new project (which I need to set up the 4 on a page layout) I click on my project file and I am not able to bring it in to the page to be printed.
I go to browse to bring the deisgn in and I get the following folders under the project file:_tmp navigation objects and restore.
When I click on objects the image resolution has been downgraded so badly I can't print.
I have been working on this for 5 hours. I am in tears because I can't get it to work.
I have posted on the MDS website, I have not received any answers.
Can anyone help me at all?

If you saved the image as a .jpeg, can't you import it to Word and print the 4 to a page there? Just a thought.
