Changing color of sentiments

Is there a way in either word or MDS to change the color of a digital sentiment?

MDS - for a stamp you just click the colour you want.

In MDS2 (ie, the current version), you can 'colour' different parts of the sentiment different colours.
So ... yes.

Word ... I just type, change the font, and change the font colour. Haven't used digital images.
