Has anyone heard of this company that sells digital stamps? I have purchased a digi stamp and cannot get it to download...not sure what i'm doing wrong as I am not that good at downloads. Again..just wondering if anyone has heard of them??!!
I have never ordered from them, but I just went to their site and downloaded one of their freebies and except for the download window being slow to come up it downloaded fine. Are you on a slow connection?
I have a fast connection and it still took time for the window to appear, Then I just hit download and clicked where I wanted it saved. Hope this helped.
Just email them and let them know and they will straighten it out right away. I love their images and Jodi is really nice to deal with. I had a problem with one of my orders and it was dealt with immediately.
I've ordered a few times off this website and never had any problems Jodie is really nice and always replies back to your emails if you need to contact her. Recently though I couldn't get onto her website, but things seem to be working okay now.
Just make sure you arent using AOL to download any digitals!!!! I have had more trouble when I get them sent to my AOL email. Never again!!! If you do, copy and paste and open with something else.
Christy, if you have ordered a digi, you will get it in your email as an attachment. Open and right click. If free a lot of digis you just rt click on the image and Save as. The one you ordered will say if it is jpeg or png. Hope this helps Josie
