I have been enamored lately with the idea of an art journal-with the star of the art journal world-Teesha

So my challenge for you this week is to step out of your safety zone and scrap some of your fav images along with some of your fav words. For some of mine I started with an image and then a song title or some song lyrics came to mind or even just my thoughts about the image. The other + for this is that I have done them in a 5x7 size so I can print them out for only .39 and have a book of them-much better for my thoughts than 2.99!! anyway have some fun
Another hint-I think the true beauty in this form lies in the layers that you create!

Well, this was a super hard challenge for me. But I did find some time this morning to play around a bit with a black and white photo and a silhouette. I did a lot of masking and fiddled with numerous layers to come up with this layout. Not sure I even came close to what Wendy wanted but for what it is worth, lol, here is my take on the challenge.
