I just downloaded the new MDS2 Upgrade so I had to play! Of course, there are also 31 SU digital downloads on sale for 31% off...so I had to have a few of those as well ;). This week’s digital challenge is simple once again, but hopefully will encourage you to try a few new things with your digital scrapbooking program!

On your page this week use the Color Combination Basic Gray, Elegant Eggplant, Pear Pizzazz and Wild Wasabi. Use as many photos as you like, and go ahead and complement your photos with great designer papers! I was inspired by my new SU download, One Great Year (which is where to color combination came from).

I am always inspired by great sketches, and have gotten great pages through sketches in the Scrapbooks, Etc magazine. Even if you don’t buy the magazine (which is now out of print as of this summer), you can find some of their awesome inspirations online here: Scrapbooking Layouts - Free Scrapbook Templates & Layout Ideas - Scrapbooks Etc. Challenge yourself to choose a great sketch to start your work from this week!

The challenges are for everyone no matter what program or style (paper or digi), so we'll all do our best! I'm not sure I've ever really used grey on a page, so this will def. be a challenge for me!

i love how this turned out. i did lots of customizing with masks, but i think i accomplished the look i was going for.
