Lightbulb digital indexing

this last year has been my goal to make it easier to locate digital images.
I save my digital images onto USB memory sticks; and printed off small images to put into a nice binder to view, and locate. I made an index for catagories to locate digital images. so, now, I am trying to make it easier to
find quickly the digital sentiment needed. I am fond of digital sentiments, because you can resize them so easily; even size them to fit a punch or die cut. Has anyone printed off digital sentiments, printed off a full sheet, and cut them to just put into a card? I do church shut in cards; so, my goal is to do the cards quicker; and sentiments are hard to remember what company I have them under; and what that sentiment says exactly. I am trying to store them into a small photo album to view and find. Any suggestions, comments, if anyone else has tried this

I use tags in windows live photo gallery so I can find my digital images, but I haven't done it with sentiments. I have so few actual "digi stamp" sentiment just because I usually just type them out and print what I want when I need it.
