CC52: Celebrating one year of color!
It's been a full year of fun on the CC threads!
This is a funky challenge I hope you will enjoy! There are a total of *12* color combos for you to participate in!
How did I come up with *these* combos? Well, I went through the previous months of challenges and pulled one color from each previous combo to make these combos! So some of them are REALLY wacky!
If you successfully create all 12 combos this week, please PM me and I will enter you in a prize drawing!
CC52a
gable green, ruby red, night of navy, only orange
CC52b
basic black, regal rose, handsome hunter, bashful blue
CC52c
ruby red, summer sun, brocade blue, bordering blue, barely banana
CC52d
orchid opulence, ballet blue, real red, tempting turquoise
CC52e
regal rose, apricot appeal, pumpkin pie, always artichoke
CC52f
pretty in pink, apricot appeal, certainly celery, so saffron
CC52g
lavendar lace, taken with teal, almost amethyst, pumpkin pie, bravo burgundy
CC52h
taken with teal, regal rose, blush blossom, close to cocoa
CC52i
creamy caramel, perfect plum, always artichoke, pretty in pink
CC52j
elegant eggplant, bashful blue, so saffron, real red, orchid opulence
CC52k
night of navy, only orange, lavendar lace, taken with teal
CC52l
not quite navy, sage shadow, cameo coral, elegant eggplant
ENJOY ladies! Thanks for making the color combo challenge so active and fun!!!
I hope this doesn't stretch ya TOO much! If you get super stuck, you can always use 2-3 of teh colors.... don't feel you have to use alllll of them!

I don't have access to my house right now!!! I will stamp as soon as I can get in my house again! It was painted tip to toe this week and I stayed with a friend in houston. Last night I moved to Emily's house but still not my own!

AWWW come on, you can't be displaced out of your home, move around, take care of your family, come up with a challenge and stamp 12 new cards???!!!
Just kiddin', I'm amazed that you had time to think of the challenge
"we are not worthy!" (said on hands and knees, bowing down!) ;-)

WHAT are you THINKING???!!!!!
How am I going to do 12 when I have a hard time making 1 card for each challenge? YIKES!!! No wonder I need to start early! I thought maybe you were going to make us use the color challenge with all the other challenges posted each day.
Off to ponder... uh, I mean STAMP!

What fun!! Some of these I will definitely have to see an example before trying them my newbie self!
For instance, I can't quite imagine "CC52g
lavendar lace, taken with teal, almost amethyst, pumpkin pie, bravo burgundy", but I bet some of my stampin idols will make beautiful cards with it.

I just printed out all the challenge combos - I am going to try to do them all this week. I really need to get some cards done and this will give me a place to start instead of just sitting there staring at everything. Thanks!

Kimberly,
On CC52b you have rose romance (retired). Can we substitute regal rose?

I got my first one done. It's a good thing we have a whole week to do this! Here's my CC52a. And, yes it's possible to use the big flower in this set without cutting it out!

? So how does this work
I have never done this but I guess I was bored and wondered in here and read this. And very interesting!
So how does this work, do you use both only the CS and Ink these colors or is it just CS, can you add other colors or can you only use the colors listed?
K

your basic gist should be the colors provided... you can add neutrals or black or whatever as needed, but the "core" of the card should be the colors listed...
normally the combos are more "normal" ;)

I have finished the first 3 combos and am working on the fourth this evening.
"Wacked" colours for sure, but challenges like this are good for us.
Will upload tomorrow night.
