Hello everyone!!! I am so excited to have the opportunity to host another color challenge. I tried to choose a color combo that was fun and cheerful as well as a little challenging. I actually used a color combo from a card I did back in 2005. At the time pixie pink and apricot appeal were new colors. Wow, how fast time flies.
I truly believe that certainly celery, pixie pink and apricot appeal can come together to make some beautiful cards for the gallery this week!!! I cannot wait to see what you all create!!! Thanks for playing!!!
Please put CC229 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card! If you need help uploading click here!
As always, Emily is open to suggestions for future color challenges! Please pm her if you have one. Including a sample is always appreciated. She will probably not respond, as she gets several, but saves them for future reference!
Wonderful color combo, Betty, and I'll be sure and love my apricot appeal more now that you've inspired me! CERTAINLY PIXIE APPEAL

Another good hair day so time for a morning challenge before work,,,(I HOPE....) The challenge on this card was using pixie pink without it being a grand daughter card....hmmmmm....pixie pink makes my lips freeze....and if I'm around it too long I break out in hives....so I limited the pixie pink to the very center of my roses........but I used it!!! Hope you like my rushed on the way to work early morning good hair day pixie pink card!! Here it is:

Wow!!! GREAT colors, Betty....I don't have them in card stock, but I sponged Whisper White and got a pretty neat effect...(At least Speedy the Cat didn't hiss at it! LOL)
