CAS96 - Bows (12/6/10)
What is CAS?
CAS is an acronym for Clean and Simple. Below is the reworded definition.
It's all about the design .
* not the technique
* not the tools
* not the embellishments
It's all about the design .
* Uncluttered
* lots of white or open space
* one main focal point
It's all about the design .
Clean & Simple
************************************************** *******
It's the start of a new season for the CAS challenges and I'm so excited about our three new design team members:
Biggan (Birgit), cindybstampin, NancyK.
And welcome to all of our new guest designers, too!
December 6: Ways to Use It CAS challenge:
BOWS!
KEYWORD: CAS96
It's also great to add the keyword: CAS so that you're in two galleries.

If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us stamping!

Color challenge winner for the GD spot will be posted here!
I'm not seeing any cards in the gallery. I'm not sure if the gallery's search engine isn't working or if everybody was super busy this weekend.
Should we extend the deadline until midnight (Mon/Tues)?
************************************************** ************
This challenge is OPEN to anyone! Even if you already won a GD spot!
it's a COLOR CHALLENGE!
Red/Cranberry/Burgundy
gold or silver

Congratulations to all of the new designers, I look forward to seeing what challenges will be coming.
I used a different kind of bow, one that has a lot of meaning in my life right now.

Congrats to all of the new CAS DT members and guest designers for the new season! And thanks for a wonderful challenge. I love bows but am challenged by tying them so I don't often add them to my cards (plus I can never figure out how to fit a bow-bedecked into an envelope for mailing!). Here's mine:
