Challenge Title: Summer Cold
Hostess: Lee
Week of: 8/15/16
Don't summer colds just make you feel awful? Well how about making (and sending!) a get well or encouragement card this week and bring someone a smile!
1. There is no deadline to play along with the CAS challenge.
2. Take all the time you need to finish and upload your card.
3. Upload your card to your gallery and link back to this thread so we all can see your project.
4. Please remember to use the correct keyword CAS389 when uploading
your image. Copying and pasting the challenge keyword is recommended to avoid typos.
5. Please feel free to combine the CAS challenge with any other challenges.
The challenges are to provide inspiration and to get us stamping, so have fun and follow your heART. We cannot wait to see what you create!
And the fave from last week's make it funny challenge is:
My card might be a bit over the top for a common summer cold but considering this card will be going to a sweet 19 year old gal who just had brain surgery... a bit tougher than a common cold, ya know ;)
PS... both my kiddos have been fighting summertime allergies sooo... bluh!
Here's my card for the challenge Hang in There, I have fallen in love with the color Flirty Flamingo ...... or is it the name? Anyway I wanted to work some of the color in and I got pretty close using R35, R32 & R20 of the Copic markers.Cheers
Marg

For a different kind of encouragement...how about pizza?
Made two copies of this card one for my son and one for my nephew as they get ready for another semester in college. Beware...this set really made my pizza gene kick in and its driving me crazy! I may just drive to town for some carry out!!!
