Congrats to all who made the first cut!! I wanted to try out but I just have too many things going on right now............mainly a full kitchen remodel. I am so excited to be getting a new kitchen!!!!!! Am going to try to make time to peek at everyone's cards though. Good luck

Woohoo! Looks like we are all in and all done for challenge 2. What will you do tomorrow while waiting for the short list?
Ill be cleaning my oven. Baked a cake for my Moms last day working. Orange Creamcycle. Baked my dad a blueberry dump cake, sugar free. And a batch of blueberry muffins. The cake cooked over so my oven is covered in burnt blueberry juice.

Oh, wow! All that baking sounds delicious! It's hot and humid here, so the kids and I are doing summertime things (think "garden hoses, bicycles, popsicles" and the like!), plus I really need to take the boys into town for haircuts!
I just finished up my cleaning for today so going to tidy my desk a bit so I'm ready in case I make the next cut. Unfortunately I won't be home tonight to get right to work so it will have to wait until tomorrow anyway.
We're on our fourth day of Vacation Bible School and our staff went out to lunch together today after our 8:30-11:30 responsibilities. Now I'm in a post-Mexican food coma trying to either develop some motivation to get something done or maybe just give in and take a nap!

Anyone else out there watching and waiting? Our VBS picnic went very well. It was a great week with 50 kids attending and over 100 served at the dinner for our closing program. I'm wiped out!

Loved everyone's take on the last challenge, hope everyone plays along regardless, I love seeing everyone's interpretation of the challenge and this is a great song.
I can't express how happy I am to have made another cut! Thank you! This third challenge really was a challenge for me but here's what I came up with....
Finally checking in after a fun evening with friends! Stayed out much later than we'd planned, but time really does fly when you're having fun and the kids were in the middle of water balloon warfare...who wants to interrupt THAT?! LOL!
What a way to end the evening, checking in here and discovering some happy news! Wow! I'd better sleep on this next one before I attempt anything, though! Congratulations to all!!! Can't wait to see how this song inspires everyone!

I made a card this morning, but am just now getting around to loading. I went to see my cousins baby today (they live far away, but made a trip home). He is a darling little pudge! Wish they could've stayed longer. Anyway, here is my card. Thanks for looking!
Here's my card for Round Three: He Thought of Me. Had the blessing of watching my husband baptize my youngest two kids and four other kids today at church. It has been a great week!
