I finally quit getting the message. I couldn't get into my SCS mail. And I could see I had mail. Finally got in on my mini ipad. But have you ever tried to type messages on that little thing. And then it is so little you don't know what you typed! LOL
but now, I am okay.
Well, I still have two more for January, but got my 3 done for Feb. Maybe tonight!

I want to stay home. I don't want to go to work. It's nasty outside. We got lots of snow and it's cold. Only 0° F. Guess I better go do some shoveling before going to work. Is there a fairy out there that would come do this for me? I could only wish.
Hmmmm...Jan. 31. Guess it is safe to say that I'm not going to have my January cards done in January. Hoping to be extra inspired next month to play catch-up. Good thing Christmas only comes once a year.
Thank you, vikkijo, for spear-heading this challenge again this year. It's a favorite challenge for me on so many levels! Also, I love the challenge of using non-traditional red/green. I didn't do that, but it LOOKS like I did--my sponging looks pink instead of cherry cobbler.
Lucky you being inspired by snow, it's been 18c here today, had breakfast in teeshirts on the paseo.
Are you trying to make us jealous Jan? Yesterday we had record high temperatures....up to 13.5 C degrees with lots of rain. Today, it is -6C degrees and snowing and blowing.....blizzard conditions and we have had at least 5 inches of snow. Since our morning walk, I haven't been outside. I'll go out back soon to measure exactly how much we got, but it's still coming down. I should be creating cards, but I am just wasting my time on-line.

Awww, I wish there was someone! My son has moved east and went from mild yesterday to freezing today. Crazy weather.

great job everyone who made their goal or is almost there!! as for me, well i'm cuttting it super close!! i got 2 more done last night and 2 bases... plus matched cardstock for at least 10 more cards. including only the ones i've completed, i'm at 6/12 for my total... planning on jamming through the last of them tonight to meet my monthly goal!!
The fairy didn't come to my house so DH had to run the snowblower. I know it doesn't sound that hard but once he's all bundled up he has to strap on the oxygen tank. Even the little ones are heavy. I couldn't do it because I had to go to work. I'm probably the only one wishes it would snow on my day off.
Got all caught up with your cards. Great job ladies. I need to get busy and start my February cards.
We got about 5 inches today and it was also blowing around. I don't know if my neighbour would appreciate being called a 'fairy', but he did come over to blow out my driveway. He did that after the snow plow went by and plowed the end of the driveway closed. But it wasn't done snowing yet, so around 5 p.m., I went out and shovelled again. Isn't it amazing how light it still is at 5 p.m. now?
