Yes, it does get your organized...and feels good when you have them done in plenty of time!!! I've done this one for several years now. I'm a little behind and haven't gotten mine done the last few months. So, I'll be doing catch up to have my numbers!!!
I am playing catch up too.. well I still can not make cards, so you'll be ahead of me! LOL..
Welcome to the group I will get you added to the main thread next
I'm finally caught up. I made 12 of this design to make up for June, July and August. I didn't post in June and July since the cards are the same. Now let's see if I can keep caught up for the next three months.
I'm having a blast with these recycled cards....I found a box of around 600 vintage Christmas cards at an estate sale for way cheap as it was last day....WHOOOHOOO!!! Here are my cards for Aug:
Aug 6 cards done. YEA!!
I want to go to your Estate sales! Wowzers! These cards - even upcycled - are definitely to be cherished.
Left love, gave credit. Congrats on completing your CCC12 August challenge.
I decided to break out of the Christmas card making and do tags instead this month. I'm still on my kick of using old images that have been gifted to me so I don't have to do the work of stamping... I made between 2-4 of each tag, depending on how many images I had left.
Nice use of stash. Congrats on completing your CCC12 for August.
Boy, this month was the hardest! I started these cards weeks ago and was under the illusion that I'd be finished quickly but I only managed to get the last two finished yesterday. At least I've a bit of breathing space now before I need to get September's cards finished !
Great cards, Di. Congrats on completing your August CCC12 challenge.
Finally made my next Christmas card. This one is with a Bugaboo image.
Cute. Bought my first Bugaboo image at convention last week. She's going to get out of business... not sure how much she'll keep on line but is going to get away from doing the shows. She has 3 adorable grandsons needing grandma love.
I just found this challenge and really want to start my Christmas cards so this is a way to motivate me..... So if I understand the process correctly , I decide how many I want to do a month and then try to keep up.....Is there something else \i should do???
I am fairly new to SCS and not the smartest on the computer but seem to manage... Have been surfing around your site and your cards are beautiful.....
