Ok so put me down for 8 a month, I think that should do me just fine and dandy!!
Still need to work on mine for this year and finish up, but waiting on some of my things to be returned, cough cough hint hint, Vikki,
I told you I really wanted to keep it! LOL
I talked my sister into ordering the stocking punch and I ordered the ornament punch, we will share.
So yours gets returned! Thank you again!
I sure hope stocking gets in the next catty!

Glad to have you!!
I see this was already answered for you, but I'll do it again so it makes it to the end of the forum too.
You decide how many cards YOU need for the holidays, divide it by 11 (January through November)
Take a pic each month and post it in your gallery.
We get to go oooh and ahhh over them.
Once a month each person who finished gets their name in a drawing and Kelly sends out a special envie.
This all makes for a stress free card making holiday 2012

I drink lots of milk.. fresh from the cow most times even!
LOL
I am so far from graceful! I am not careless, just very unlucky! LOL
I got hurt at work putting card board in the dumpster, the lid was coming down and I reached up (too far) to catch it and tore my rotator tendon
that was just this past October.. waiting on work comp now.
The family joke is Vikki Jo can get hurt in a padded room!
Grocery shopping, a guy dropped a big can of Fruit Cocktail and it hit my toe.. broke it!
I teased him that was not the way to meet ladies in the store! LOL

I don't.. I truly believe in Murffy's Law.. if it can it will
Hope you are all better????? That sounds too scary!
We had someone on the list earlier, looking at having a All Occasion kind of challenge. I'll see if I can find out who it was. If she isn't planning to do it, than I will
Keep in mind: It won't be as intensive as the CCC or S2S Loop. I can only do so much and still get my books written LOL
Kelly - I can give you a hand with this challenge...I'll send you a pm!!

So one month it might be FAMILY cards, the next month MISSOURI STAMP GROUP cards.
Good idea!
I am adding a link to this inspiration to post # 5

Do you think we could start an 'all occassion' challenge like this one? I like to give cards as gifts at Christmas and that would keep me on track. Is there special place we'd have to post it? A mod who would have to approve it?

I would like to sign up to make 8 Christmas cards each month in 2012.
Thank you, Vikkijo, for all you do to make us stay on task. You're the best!
Gee thanks.... it's just that inner Cheer leading squad!
I could never have done it without all of you! Kelly was my motivator all the way!
if it hadn't been for her I wouldn't have started last years challenge!

I go through it each January or February and strike out anyone who has not send me a card so they go on the 'stand by list' anyone who has not send me a card for two years is removed.
It's handy when I start my Christmas shopping to see what I've given in the past so I don't double up.
Would you mind emailing me your Access Doc? I am trying to create one and not going so well. I think if I have one started that I can add to or make changes I'd get it.

I've run out of time this year, but if anyone would like to exchange Christmas cards for next year I'm happy to swap (might have to up the 4 a month goal though!)
Brain is not working today, we had our work Christmas party last night and besides the amount of wine/cockails I drank, I do not function well on 4 hours of sleep
No rules.. well none other than SCS Rules.
The cards are yours, for your own use.
nothing will get you disqualified from our group...well maybe if you complete your years goal all in the first month! LOL
I am running out of time with getting my cards done, so I think I need this! I don't like feeling stressed out at Christmas! No fun! Please sign me up and put me down for 3 cards for now. May change that to 4 later. We'll see.

Hi, I signed up #28 for 8 cards a month in post #90. I will do 5 for me and 3 for the local cards for a cause. I just noticed that you have me down for 6. I do not think it makes a difference, but....just in case, I am posting the correct amount.
Thanks again to Vikkijo and Kelly for all you do for us. Rita
Hi everyone, although not new to splitcoast I have never posted on here before. I find this website full of inspiration this year I wanted to make 40 cards by christmas and that is not going to happen because my dog just went in for surgery last tuesday. So I don't have as much time to get cards done. But I am now realizing if I did a few cards per month I would be less stressed.
If there is still room I pledge doing 5 cards/ month I think this is the kick I need to get these cards done. and since It doesn't start until Jan I have enough time to start once my dog is healed more. Hope to get to know you wonderful girls more as we complete this challenge. Thanks ~Patti~

I would also like a copy of the database if you are willing to share....thank you!

Welcome Patti....good to see another Canadian on this thread! What part of Alberta? when I was a young child we lived in Neerlandia (northwest of Edmonton). Vikki Jo is marvelous at keeping us on track!

Thanks, I am from Sherwood Park right next door to Edmonton. My dog is doing fine he's pretty brave and has been through this surgery on the other leg before so he kind of knows that he has to sit here and do nothing all day. I am excited because my dad is going to be home earlier today so I might be able to make my cards for Jan tonight!

They were a little...strict with what you were allowed to post. For example if you posted a card with no stamping it would be removed and you'd get a rather snarky email about the "rules" and be put on mod status.
I have a few ideas that don't include any stamping just cute cut outs and gorgeous papers, I hope they work as well in reality as they do in my head.
