1 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes
1/3 cup fat-free milk
1 (14-ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk, divided
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1/2 (14.1-ounce) package refrigerated pie dough (such as Pillsbury)
Cooking spray
1/2 cup (4 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
[*]1. Preheat oven to 350°.[*]2. Wrap potatoes in aluminum foil. Bake potatoes at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until tender, and discard foil. Let stand 10 minutes; peel. Place flesh in a large bowl; discard skins. Mash flesh with fork. Stir in fat-free milk, 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk, sugar, butter, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Stir in eggs.[*]3. Fit dough into a 9 1/2-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray. Press dough against bottom and sides of pan. Fold edges under, and flute. Spoon sweet potato mixture into prepared crust. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until set.[*]4. Place the remaining 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until combined. Add 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk to cheese mixture; reserve remaining milk for another use. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Carefully pour cream mixture evenly over pie. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into wedges
I have a recipe for a casserole bake thingy.. it was on the back of a baking mix box of Jiffy
It called for MILK, I was out (are you kidding me, no one tells me when they empty things)
so since everything else was ready I used Sweetened Condensed Milk.
So I added a few calories to dinner! LOL
The guys all loved it!
I need to bake up a desert called Robert Redford. I sent DS to get me pudding and milk, he brings back Skim Milk and Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding.
Oh and .... Fat Free Cool Whip! If he thinks he's being subtle and telling me I have a fat butt, he's so in trouble! LOL

I LOVE that stuff! My college roommate's mom calls it Better than Robert Redford. But she uses the real stuff, too, lol!
Pretend the orders all just came!
I've rolled around the thoughts of doing a SAS but just can not wrap my head around all the details!
Vikki, this will be my first SAS. It's a lot of work getting everything ready...We're making 5 ea of 6 cards...so I set up 'stations' around the table. My biggest problem was making sure that each card used separate ink colors and separate punches....that way no one would have to wait...I'll let you know how it goes....
I'm doing this one on Saturday and then I'll be doing another one in January (for Valentines Day)...that will give me the cash to place my 1st quarter 2012 order and meet the minimum...If the ladies (my mom, my 2 sisters, a cousin and her daughter and my nephew's wife) really like them...I plan on doing one every other month. This way I can maintain my demoship...without my money!!

Shh don't say that! If you are anything like me that's bad luck!
I break something or require stitches at least once a year. I have dislocated my should twice now... recovering right now for the second time!
All cuz i reached in the backseat to grab my purse .. which hurt, then the same day had a dispute with the dumpster at work. Final straw!
MRI is on Tuesday.
Only issue (besides the pain) is my hand keeps falling asleep, so making a card takes more time than normal.
Ouch on the shoulder!!! When I broke my arm back in January it was broke up at the shoulder....it was so painful!! I feel for you Vikki!!!! Let us know the results of the MRI!!!
I had never broken anything up until then....since then, in addition to the broken arm and broken foot, I have had 3 separate broken toes...and 2 bulging disks that eventually required an epidural cortesoine shot!!! I am so tired on xray's, mri's and doctor's office (and let's not forget the pharmacy counter at CVS LOL)....

I do normally cook and bake with 'lighter' versions of stuff....I have always had a cholesterol problem...I never had a weight problem (I was always a bit underweight)...BUT I quit smoking in October 2010..then I fell in January 2011...and my metabolism is still out of whack...so all in all I have put on 40 pounds....UGH!!! I think I look horrible....but everyone says that I finally look healthy (yeah - they're being kind)...

Robert Redford? That sounds like a recipe you need to share.
I just uploaded my cards for the last 3 months of 2011 - with 6 days to spare. Ha!
Please sign me up for eight ( cards per month for 2012 which will by my 4th year. Even though I got behind, it feels great to have all my cards done before December.
Way to go Val! I sort of 'dropped out' at the end of August, but I still have 41 cards, and I don't think I will need more than that anyway.
Happy Thanksgiving to all my friends south of the border!
I'd like to sign up; I broke my wrist in 2011 so I've not been active but hope to have the cast finally off before the holidays so I can jump in in 2012.

When I was 2 I fell out of the high chair into a fan, it cut my hand and foot both too the bone, kinda weird seeing the pictures, the bandaging was so huge and over (can't think of the word) more than needed!
Seeing the scars now... geesh put a band aid on it! LOL
When I 8 my brother broke my jaw, then when I 13 I got my nose broke, at 15 my ribs were broke, when I was 16 I broke my wrist, 18 my ankle, then before that mended I broker my wrist again,
Since turning 21 I've broken 4 more things and had stitches a few times! LOL
Who needs a mean husband when you are graceful as me! LOL
oops can't believe I forgot to say how many I wanna do, and Vikki, Minnesota is too dang cold, I had considered it a viable move last year, but really tired of the bone chilling weather, time to warm up!! Still not sure when it will all transpire but he is gung ho for it, so who knows, nervous here though about it all.
Ok so put me down for 8 a month, I think that should do me just fine and dandy!!
Still need to work on mine for this year and finish up, but waiting on some of my things to be returned, cough cough hint hint, Vikki,

Please sign me up for 10 cards/month. The last time I signed up in 2009 I fell off the wagon since I was putting in way too much overtime at work. But things are saner at the office now so I'd like to try again. I loved the camraderie and wonderful cards that were posted. Hopefully I'll be able to hang in there in 2012!
Oh my goodness Vikki Jo.....I can't believe all the broken bones you have had. You certainly are accident prone!
I didn't believe I had ever broken any bones, until a few years ago when they x-rayed me after my dislocated shoulder was put back in place and they told me I had a healed fracture of my collarbone. Must have happened when I was a child as I don't remember and in those days people just didn't go to the hospital.
I saw an invitatiton from Ina to Stephanie in another thread. Can I join? But let me make sure I understand. I set a goal, and then I make that many cards each month, and post a link to my gallery. Do I send a card to someone, or what else would I be responsible for? You said something about a drawing? Am I supposed to send something for that?

Sharon, this is all for you....no other responsibilities at all. It's just a way to help you finish enough cards before the busy Christmas season. If you upload all your cards for the month (I make it easy for myself by making 5 cards the same) and link them to this forum, you will automatically be entered in the draw. If you want to join, just let Vikki Jo know how many cards you want to make each month, by posting in the thread and she (or Kelly) will add your name. And welcome!

Oh,,,, Vikkijo! Don't you drink your milk???? I think you need to drink much more than you do and get out in the sunshine! Still, I am wishing you well and hope you stay safe!

Ouch Vikki!!! After reading all that, I will not feel sorry for myself LOL!!!!
The stamp a stack this weekend was a success!!!! Everyone loved their cards and they want to do it again!!! WooHoo!!!! It took about hour and a half longer than what I had planned...but then again put 6 women in a room (3 sisters, their mother, and two cousins)...well, we probably spent too much time talking LOL!!!!
I'm just about done my cards for this Christmas....I'm so hoping I don't fall off the wagon in 2012....I am already picturing sitting around next December patting myself on the back because the cards are done!!!!!
Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!!

A little subliminal messaging I guess, i put poor Sherri on twice.
Maybe I thought it would make her make double the cards! LOL
Now does every one see why I begged Kelly to help me? I should have double checked my list against hers! LOL
LOL!! Can't you just see the confusion when I post my cards each month......"Now, are these from Sheri #1 or Sheri #2?".....LOL!!! Or are these from her alter ego???......yep, I've worked to many days in a row with some crazy folks....note to self: you need to sleep.....
Ok, ok, have been thinking about it for a while. i will join! maybe start with 4 a month. but of course i will be away for part of the year in Canada - maybe i can borrow your stuff then Ina!
Dont' jinx yourselves ladies, I used to brag I'd never been in hospital and then ended up in there for 10 days in the intensive care unit and then a further 10 days with blood clots in my lungs - NEVER saying that again LOL

Welcome, Lisa!
Here's hoping that cast comes off soon and all is well.
If you've not posted already, please pledge how many you'd like to make per month. AKA How many you think you'll need and divide by 11 = # per month.
