The house got flooded last week but my family and craft stuff are all right. I won't have craft space for a few weeks but luckily I've all my cards done - it certainly paid off doing them early this year!
We did Jane, for awhile there I wasn't going to be having a craft room, my FIL lives with us (4 Looooong years now) and he took the last room, was hoping to find a house with an office in it... ANYWAY... Our Masterbedroom is HUGE so it's the other half of my bedroom, it cuts down on my late night crafting as DH gets a BIT irritated with lights cameras and action going on... LOL
I am up in Olympia now, so you will have to PM me one day when zipping through and we can grab a cuppa!!!
Woot! Saved by the bell, sort of... I hear you about the DH thing...what part of "I have a deadline" is it that they don't get, I wonder? LOL!
I will definitely try and catch up with you...and you do the same if you get up to Puyallup or Tacoma area.
Work got really crazy all of a sudden, but I'm happy to be picking up some more hours and more interesting things to do! It does mean I will be on the road more, though...
You're welcome. We thought since some people thought I was running in this year, we might as well make it official. And it lets me add people when Vikki Jo has to be at work in the city and can't be here.
Vikki said so!
She is stuck here with me till Saturday, Sunday she has a SU Workshop.
She says to let everyone know she will catch up Monday! LOL

Okay, so CCC11 isn't even technically over until the end of November and there are already cards in the gallery with CCC12 on them. I don't know if they're mistakes or i someone is uber keen. I also don't know whether to be jealous or envious LOL! I actually have more cards than I'll need for this year. I might sell some at work and keep on creating because I still haven't used all of my new Christmas/Winter stamps yet.
Happy creating to all

That made me GIGGLE!!!! I just placed a paper order for my Christmas cards... for THIS year!!! I have TONS of goodies that I have been buying in preparation for a card making marathon! LOL I'm just not sure what DATE I will start said marathon!!!!
I have technically finished this year's batch (not quite posted them all yet but I'll get there!) but I STILL keep buying Christmas stamps. I was feeling silly about it but as I take part in this challenge I guess it's not so bad!

They are probably for 2012. LOL And in January, you'll see people posting their cards on the April thread... they'll be that far ahead.
Don't let them intimidate you. Work at your own pace and you'll be fine.

I just bought two more from Studio G. Always need new inspiration, right
Sign me up for 5 cards/month please. I joined this challenge a few years ago and loved it so much that even though I didn't sign up for 2011 I did continue to make Holiday cards throughout the year. I guess good habits do actually stick with you.
I love wintery Christmas stamps which is just nuts as I'm in Australia and Christmas here is at the height of summer and often hits 38C (100F) but Snowmen always make me smile.
I have a very cute Santa floating in a tyre tube I often use for my overseas friends. I should dig out my Aussie stamps more often, thank goodness I'd let a friend borrow them so they survived the fire.

Good Habits are a good thing! I've added you to my list. Have Fun!
