I know I said I would do 5 cards per month but I'm on a roll and decided to just keep going as I am having fun making Christmas cards This is my 6th card for June. I have two more cards to post as well but it's getting too late tonight to post them LOL! At this rate, I may have to up my limit! Thanks for the opportunity to play along, I'm having loads of fun Here's my card:
I would definitely use the next 5 for July Even if you do 5-10 in July also, you will be months ahead. And there will be a month that is tougher than others.
You can up the amount later if you want to! Better to figure out your pace than to burn out.
All of that said, only you know how many you need made. I signed up for 12 a month and honestly I will send more than that. I'm not sorry at 12 a month.
I had 24 done in January (12 in December, 12 in January). Then I had a tough month a while ago and used up my extras.
Welcome! Have FUN!
Lela

I agree with Lela. I had my cards done through this June in April. It's a good thing, too, since I haven't had time to work on Christmas cards. It doesn't look like I'll much of a chance until the middle of July.

My sister just called to see what I am up to.. "catching up with Christmas Cards, and you?"
"Oh, just sitting at the pool with Mike"
WOW! What a mood killer that was! LOL

You put it very well! 2 ladies are actually totally done already!
I can't remember how far ahead I am, since I am usually behind every where else! LOL
I had to go peak.. I'm done with September.
So go ahead and get ahead when ever you can. That just means less to do in November!

Only 5 more days of June? The months caught up with me. I'll need to start making Christmas cards again real soon. I'm taking the first of July off from work. My DH wanted to know why I didn't take next week off instead so I can help him run around doing the last minute stuff for our 4th of July Festival. Do I really need to answer that question? Vacation means relaxation. I'll be busy enough with the 100+ thank you notes that need to be written. I'm going to cheat on them. I'm not going to make them this year. I can get buy a bunch of them at the dollar store. However, I may do a little stamping on them.
I thought I'd be sneaky at work today and took my laptop with me. I was busy until about 4:00 this afternoon. Had all the books checked in, my partner had everything shelved. There wasn't anyone on the computers. The place was as quiet as a tomb. Good time to take my laptop out of the case and turn it on. That's exactly how far I got. The boss was out riding her bike so she stopped in to see us. Within a couple minutes, we were busy again. I think she brought people with her. I was looking forward to a quiet hour before closing. We barely got everyone out at closing time. In fact, I got so busy at the desk, I couldn't help with the normal shut down routine. At least I didn't have time to be bored.
Although I already made cards for June, I wanted to make some cards in memory of my kitty and came up with these. I made 6 of them. Happy Summer everyone!
My June set is done. Not really pleased with it but know that I don't have time to try again. Isn't it funny when you have something clearly in mind and it doesn't transfer to the paper in the same way? I'll just call it grunge christmas and pretend that I'm really hip. LOL

Your images are still pending. You can count these towards your July cards.
How's the weather in your neck of the woods? It's sunny here in Havre, but a little windy.

Sometimes I dislike No Upload Sunday because I have to wait to see your creations. Maybe they won't be pending later today. I'll just have to check back. I know exactly what you mean about transferring pictures from my mind to paper. I don't think I ever had anything I'm picturing turn out that way.
Hi VikkiJo!!! Nope, you aren't alone, but boy-oh-boy has it been a wild ride this month! I haven't stamped a darn thing all month...my toys are getting lonely!

I haven't stamped much for the past 3 months. I made a couple birthday cards and that's all. I think my toys have forgotten what I look like. Things should settle down after July 9, then I should be able to stamp again. Hopefully.

Here are mine for June: what with Perfect Pearls and glitter and AppliGlue some of them are so hard to get a decent photo of ;-(, and it's been too busy a month to spend long trying.
In the photo:
And to meet my goal of ten per month I recycled 8 cards using both my own handmade cards that my kids gave back to me and store bought cards and I still have a lot of cards to try and recycle for the charities.

I love your recycled cards - I do some of that too with the store-bought cards I receive from friends.
aww darn it all. I just realized I have not completed all ten of my June cards - only eight done so far. I'm blaming all my jam making the last two weekends. Promising myself to catch up this week!
