Where did February go! Last week, so thought I had better buckle down and get these cards done. Here is my card for February - again I'm only making 6.

Just checking in to get some sanity...these are supposed to be fun and stress free~~ Right?? NOT
Here's the story: I knew all month which card I wanted to make so I finished my swaps first and last night took out the CS and paper to start on the card...Couldn't find a proper stamp...the one I had in mind was too big...after spending all evening at it I admitted defeat...I bought the Lacy Tree embossing folder cause I love the cards the girls here madde so I figured at this point it was a quick one to make and still would have accomplished what I wanted to do...WRONG again!!! I embossed the trees cut the gold card stock for the mat and then realized that YES...I cut it all too small!!! AAARRRGGGGH!! I still did not give up though...I did what I could do with the ones I had - brads etc...now tomorrow I have to go to my LSS for gold CS which I hope I have...The short version of all of this is that I hope that I can finish SOMETHING by Saturday...Hey does colour by number ones count HAHA maybe I'll run off some colouring sheet and colour Santa...then again, my first card I made in Kngn I cried the whole time making it...Mom still has it and when I look inside I has glued the sentiment on upside down... Thanks for letting me rant...I want to wait 'til the end of the month to look at your creations.you are all so talented!!!

Have a fantastic evening!!!
Gwen- take a deep breath and calm down! ;) IF you don't get February done, it's no big deal!! Just pick up with March! Remember...NO STRESS!!!!
I am such a procrastinator - that is why I need this challenge. I finally made my cards for this month, and I exceeded my commitment of 5 - I completed 6. These are fast and simple, but I like this look:
Just a little over 16 hours left in February!!! If you want to make sure to get your cards finished before midnight and be considered for the February incentive prize, you'd better get busy! ;)
I have finished my 10 cards YAAY! We are under a tornado watch now (one touched down in AL and that storm is headed out way), I will do my best to get the picture of the cards posted to SCS today, but I cannot guarantee we will not lose power (therefore internet) before then. I am doing my best and want you to know that they are finished.

Oh, my- don't worry about uploading the picture! It's not important! I've checked you off for February.
I hope that the tornado doesn't come your way!! Stay safe!
I will have to be MUCH better next month and not wait until the last minute again - I have a HUGE mathematics test to study for at the end of March and won't be making any cards at that time. My life will be math, math, math... still pretty cool, but in a different way.
Thank you Mary for your understanding, for everyone who takes the time to look and/or comment on my card(s) and to Carol for the inspiration to help me fulfill this month's challenge quickly.
Have a great weekend everyone!
Happy March a day early!
I ran out of the dotted paper to finish the other 4. Supposed to be getting a package from the guy in brown on Wednesday so I can get them finished up and think about March.
Whew! Here goes...I've checked off jlazarski, mackbrad, Linda Palmer, LYP, ceedee, swldebbie, and marie_honey for completing their February commitment! Great job, ladies!

I finished my 10 February cards! You can see them in my gallery or here CCC09 Enchanted Forest by KatieK at Splitcoaststampers Mary, thanks so much for doing this challenge! And of course I'm right down to the wire of the last day. No matter how I promise myself I'll get next months done early...I never do, so I'm very grateful for this challenge and seeing everyone's great cards is a great inspiration. I'm so excited, now I have 20 cards in my Christmas stash. Yay!!
I am so happy to be participating in this challenge! I know it will make the Christmas season a lot more enjoyable to have these done and ready to go! It's been fun, too. Each month I'm planning to make 10 of the same design but make a different design each month. Also, I'm trying to use up some supplies I've had hanging around. So, it's a double challenge, but enjoyable.
I made it! I have uploaded my February cards into my gallery. I haven't figured out how to post the link here yet, but I have both January and February in my gallery! (Of course, they are the only two cards there, but it is a start!)
Barb
So so glad I joined this challenge. I am already feeling relief that I won't have to rush getting my cards made and sent out this year. Just a heads up - I'm in for next year too! *he*

I will be completing my batch of February cards tomorrow. We have constuction going on here and it has really been cramping my stamping style! It will be worth it in the long run but everything sure is a mess right now.

Mine are done! They're "clean & simple" this month, because I didn't have much time (and I waited till the last day to finish them!). Hope to do better next month!
