Welcome to our new home girls! I figured since I steal things, I may as well take a cute little cottage tucked away on a hill. lol!

Well I survived the book fair and am so excited that all we have to do is complete the financials and we are DONE!! Looks like we did close to last spring so we are very happy!
Brian is off playing golf and Kyle is vegging on the couch. Think I will jump in the shower and get a little craft time in before he gets home.

I'm here! After having the week from HE77, I am here to say I survived it!
I got stug my a bee on Monday morning while putting Karsyn in the car before school, I'm allergice to them. Yeah, so the entire left side of the head swelled and I looked like a blimp-head for most of the week. now Karsyn freaks out at the sight of a bee b/c she thinks I migh get hurt. yeah.
Tuesday and Wednesday for spent fighting the effects of the bee sting, the swelling ,teh itching,. and burning, woo. Foudn out there were 4 confirmed cases of H1N1 flu virus at our Middle School and 1 confirmed case at the HS. great.
The house inspector said everything looked good to him, but could not finish his inspection b/c the gas co. did not turn on the gas at the property. But I still had to pay for a full inspection anyways. GRRRRRRRRR!
thursday am, my babysitter called to say he son woke up with signs of the flu, and yes, he goes to the MS. I paniced, started balling my eyes out at b/c I had no one else to watch Karsyn, my parents were in NY, my sister was in CA, my brother had class, and DH just started a new job so he could not stay home with Karsyn. oh, AND I had confereces til 8 pm on Thursday night.
Friday was better, found out the babysitter's son only has the reg. flu, my bee sting issues were gone, our realtor called to say the termite inspector went to the house, found some in the yard, but the seller was willing to pay for the extermination BEFORE closing, and we still might get the house anyways, b/c the gas co. will turn on the gas monday and we will be able to finish the inspections.
that was my week in a nutshell, How's everyone else doing?

At work today I ran over to Khols. They had their deco pillows on sale 50% off. I have been wanting some but didnt want to pay 30 bucks for ONE pillow. The down fall was they only had two I really liked. I got those two. They also had this AWESOME abstract art piece I have been looking at on at clearance for 80% off.... Got one for me and one for Ashy pooh...
guess I will make enchaladas for dinner tonight. Justin asked for them last weekend BUT I was to freaking tired to make them. When I finally got home last night I did most of the laundry and cleaned house. Then made a pork loin for dinner. It was yummo!
I need to study for a test on Monday and pop out a 6 x6 scrapbook someone ordered today. She wants it by the 11th....ha... why do I do those things....

Nuthin' at all. I thought I gave Aunt Flow the wrong directions but she found me anyway here at the cottage. Grrrr...
Because of her I was pretty grumpy all weekend (just ask Brown - LOL!). So I decided to hunker down and quietly do my own thing by coloring up some images. I didn't even party at WCMD yesterday, I think I visited a couple of blogs but that was about it. I guess it was a good thing, I probably saved myself from buying the new releases that were everywhere!
Other than that, the kids are doing the changing-of-the-season sniffles. Brown stayed up late with Lily last night (2am watching PBSKids - ha!) but he got up and took the boys and Nala to church while I hung out at home this morning. Maybe that added to my grumpiness...
Okay, I should be working on a card that I was coloring for until I realized DHW was on tonight. Funny seeing familiar faces on there - that new mom on the block was Joey's sister on his spin-off show (from FRIENDS). I think she was on the Sopranos too. And Carlos' niece is the same girl from Cory in the House on The Disney Channel. That's a shame I know all this stuff, considering how little tv I watch nowadays!
Good Morning Girls!! Well I got a couple cards done for this week and that was about it. I just didn't have any MOJO and my craft room is a disaster. This morning I have a hair appt then I may do a round 2 to see if I can find something better for the wedding this weekend and I am not super excited over what I bought. Maybe I will be able to squeeze a little craft time in before picking Kyle up.
Hi everyone! I justtook a test from Heck. I am not feeling good about it! Its been a crazy day around here I was late to work, three people didnt show up to work, we has NV's plus a PA and a very grumpy Dr.... Thank goodness this day is alomost over!

Steve told me our winter is suppose t be warm. WTH I wanted a nice breezy winter. It doesnt feel like the holidays when its 90 outside... UGH!
Good Morning Girls!! Well Kyle and I went and got our flu shots last night and the Doc gave me all new meds for my headaches and we are just going to keep trying until we can find the one that works. So I started the daily preventive meds and have something for when one comes one. The thought that these pills cost $10 ea with ins should do the trick...lol She is also having me do another ultra sound and tons of blood work since my periods and headaches are getting worse. She mentioned that I could be going through pre-perimenopause. I actually have to wait to get the blood work done til I am a few days into my cycle so they can see what my true hormone levels are at. I was so happy that Brian came with us and sat with me when we were going over my stuff. I am a little nervous that its the fibroids and I will finally have to deal with them. Denial is such a wonderful thing!

Hi ladies! UGH! - 50% of our household is sick - including Brown, and you know how men are. LOL! Love that man, but I can be sure that he goes AWOL until he feels better which is honky dory with me.
I am disinfecting, washing all the linen (again) and wiping all the remotes, phones, handles. Phew! On top of that, I just want to play play play with my cards and some new stuff I got.
Hope everyone is well, don't worry, I'll be sure to not bring any germs into the cottage.

Brown is hacking, Izzy is sniffling and drooling with new teeth, Lily is spunky again, and Maali is begging to go back to school tomorrow to play with Naomi. haha!
And here I am, worn out from all the disinfecting and washing everyone's beddings all day. I had to take Kalil to pick up his music instrument rental and stopped in at the M's on the other side of town. Happy I did, I deserved some goodies after my day.

If you haven't been to M's yet, they have some awesome new DP. I caved and spent the 59 cents per sheet (I only bought 6) because they are soooo adorable! I haven't seen it at my M's yet. I think I'm going to play for an hour before the kiddos wake up. ttys~

I have a sinus infection now, but I can deal with it and go to work, poor Karsyn is down and out with a cold today, so I stayed home with her. She has a big weekend coming uo, being a flower girl and all on Saturday, I just want her to get better.
and about the house.... we are on-again, off-again with it. this whole negotiating thing is crazy. I've never bought a house from a seller before, just builders who give you the price, take it or leave it. CRAZY! anyways, we are still waiting on the gas. co to turn on the gas to finish our inspections, then we should know something by friday. cross your fingers, cross your toes!
I think I will try to go play now. K is sleeping, it's a cold and blustery kinda day, only up to 50, that's November weather for us!
and T-- you hush up about it being 90 for Crhistmas~ no one whats to hear that! We are thrilled if the temps are in the 40's.
i am off to take some more sinus pills. start a bath of chili for dinner, and maybe play with my stamps. i think I might be able to get SSW and TMS cards done this week!
