Sounds like you are staying busy Melissa. Sorry about not getting the overseas duty. Maybe next time if he is staying in.
But on the bright side going to DC is like going overseas!! LOL All the foreigners up there!
LOL! So true! My brother was just there waiting on his official passport and mentioned how similar it was to traveling because there were so many different languages being spoken on the subway. Yes, there will be a lot to keep us busy there.
took the boy and I to the Dentist this morning....saw my BIL. yes we have a Dentist and an AC man and we are lucky that way. LOL. No new cavities for either of us. Teeth are good.
Stopped at cabelas on ther way home to get a new scope for DH since the one I gave him for his birthday broke after he fired 100 rounds of ammo this weekend. I returned that one and got a different one.
no I think maybe the red dot scope was too cheapo for the amount of shooting they did LOL They need a more rugged one. Oh and now I get to take this one back because it was wrong He ordered online the one he really wanted
tonight we have to take down the stairwell to our attic. The opening is too small for the AC unit to fit. They will have to take out the frame and everything and then may still need to cut the hole bigger. PITA! We will have to staple plastic over the opening until saturday when they install the new unit. I will be at the school at 7:45am watching the football scrimmage anyway so the lack of AC won't make a big difference to me. Saturday will be a busy and long day
it rained and cooled us off for a little bit but the boys still have football practice. The humidity will be brutal. At 5:45 we have Freshman orientation. The parents go too. The boy is kinda nervous about his classes
