My doggie isn't really eating. Her mouth is too sore. I needed to give her her meds with food and it wasn't working. I had to wrap her meds in a slice of cheese and tear off small pieces to get her to eat. Then she felt like eating a couple tablespoons of can food. Normally she wolfs down can food super fast. She slept in the closet under my stamp desk all night. Last night she was holding a grudge and wouldn't come to me. She snubbed me and went and sat by Brian LOL. I got a slight tail wag today. I am hoping the pain meds help her this morning. The vet is supposed to call me in awhile to see how she is
I sometimes put a pill in peanut butter for our dog and she eats it.
Supposed to get up to 68 today with clouds and intermittent rain. At least we shouldn't have the tornado warnings like we did yesterday. No tornadoes around here, but St. Louis did have one, however I don't think it did much damage.
good morning. Doing laundry and stuff around the house again. Making plans to go pickup DD from school may 12. She needs DH's truck. I am not good at driving the truck but I can do it if I have to. It's huge, Ford F250 deisal. Its the parking that I find to be the biggest issue. LOL.
Ugh! Troy was horrible tonight. On red at school and red at home. Sent an email to David less than an hour after Troy got home that I was ready to send Troy to him in Iraq! I'm sure he'll love getting in to work in the morning and reading that message! Ha!
good morning...I am alive but just barely. DH stayed home from work sick yesterday. He had to go today though and he still felt bad just like me. Why is it that DS can get better in one day but we catch the same thing and we think we are dieing for 3-4 days? LOL
Troy had a good morning, even though he didn't want to go to school. I can hardly wait (sort of) for school to be out. I hope we can do something to improve his view of school. He is too young to be hating school already.
Sorry you're still not feeling well Karen. Kids' bodies just seem to rebound quicker than our older bodies.

Not really wanting to be up right now but I didn't want to sleep the day away!
I was up til 3 painting and then cleaning up.
Kyle moved out last week and Kasey is moving into his room. I spent last weekend cleaning it out the rest of the way. Last night we went and bought paint and of course we had to start it. There was no waiting til today to do that!
It was probably best though we are doing a stripe in the middle of the wall all the way around and I have to tape it off so it really needs the time to dry.
Made it through the thunder storm last night. Tornado warnings aplenty. Heard of a spotted funnel cloud less than 5 miles from us. That was when I moved Troy from his bed upstairs down to the basement. After about an hour I took him back up and he never woke. Thank goodness, it would have been difficult getting him back to sleep. So after all that rain, his baseball game was canceled. He is doing a "Spring Fling" at gymnastics this evening so looking forward to that. He should start bugging me right before lunch to play with a friend. I'd probably better get moving on ideas.
