Like a really fancy coconut or lemon cake. Where might I find that at 10:09pm?

Hmmmm.... I'm guessing not Wal-mart.

Heeeaay Everyone.... decided I'd try catch up a bit here while watching the Rangers play the Yankees.... Hey, Jackie, What about them Rangers???? WHOOT!!!!

Here's what I can remember:

Suz: Sorry for your gloomy feeling, but glad that your MIL's report is as good as it was. AND WOO-HOO on the 25 lbs... WTG! Sorry that Cracker Barrel didn't settle with ya... I LOVE cracker barrel breakfasts, at least their pancakes anyway!

Cindy: Poor kitties... but I do understand too. Wish I were closer, I'd keep them for ya. You deserve a better agent too.

I did my pre-op stuff the other day and my pulse was 113/bpm! then I had it checked the next day, it was 120/bpm! I called my neurologist and asked about my meds.... he reduced them back to what they were in August and today I feel so much better, I know my pulse HAS to be reduced too... it was a bit scary....

oh, sorry, got detoured there... Hi RAch, Eds, Leslie.... and everyone else that was on the prior pages....

Colleen, hope you are feeling better.... Gretchen, how is school coming? Kris, you didn't get sick did you? I sure hope not. Ally, I want you to quit having hives too, okay? So, stop it!

Okay, gotta go.... game's back on!

Hi chicas! I hope everyone has had a good day. I worked the stamp sale all morning, slept all afternoon.

Had a successful sale this morning. Sold about $140 worth of mostly junk that would have been a pain to sell on ebay. Brought home most of my stamp sets. *sigh* They just weren't selling this morning. Not mine. Not the other ladies', either. I'm more than happy to be rid of all the little stuff that did sell, though. No complaints!

I'm using my credit to buy some dies for the Big Shot and the rest of the new color inks and CS that I don't have. Off to start shopping!

$140, not bad! I'd be more inclined to do something like that then list on ebay. I wish I could find something like that here.

I may have a garage sale in a couple weeks.

hey chicas. I was just going through the stuff I dragged home from the sale yesterday and realized that I have $20 worth of stuff that I either didn't get credit for or didn't come home with. I already called and inquired about a $10 item that sold and I didn't get credit for. That's fixed with no problemo, but I really don't want to call and raise a stink again. Ugh! I think what happened is that since I was the first person to drop off my stuff, the other people that dropped stuff off bought some of my stuff and I didn't get credit for it. Annoying!

Hi LOSTies! This weekend FLEW by. I can't believe it's Sunday evening already.

On Friday, wings after work that I thought would end by 8ish ended up turning in a multi-bar evening that didn't end until 11:30. Then yesterday, we went to the football game, which they finally WON, thank goodness! Josh called me late last night wanting to come over for a celebratory hookup, so I guess he's over whatever nonsense happened a few weeks ago. So it was good to see him, but I did not sleep well last night. While I loved having someone to snuggle with, I'm still just not used to having someone in bed with me, so I woke up a million times during the night.

Then today was football Sunday at Flipside, so we were there for the last 7 or 8 hrs. Now I'm home, exhausted from sleeping only a few hrs last night, and ready to head to bed. Goodnight!

Wow! What a busy weekend indeed! I'm about ready to head to bed myself... gotta get up early in the morning too... around 5-ish to head to the hospital. We have to be there by 630, it's an hour drive...

Anyway, I imagine I will be lowering the price to whatever current market value is. Which sucks because the housing market sucks right now. But I am in a real financial pickle. I need to get out.

Also, I made a really tough decision that I think will ultimately help me in selling the house. I spoke to Kevin a little bit ago and the cats are going to be living with him until my house sells. I don't want to do it, but having them here is hindering the sale I think. I have no where to confine them during open house or private showings, because all rooms need to be shown. And let me tell you what a mess four cats make. This place is always knee deep in cat hair. Not only that but dust and dirt from their litter. They track it everywhere. Not to mention, try as might to keep the place clean and fresh, with four cats, odor can be a problem, especially to someone coming who doesn't have pets. It will help me tremendously. I will be able to clean once a week and the place will just stay clean. They won't be in the way for showings. I won't have to worry that someone won't mind the door and they will get out.

OMG I can't even imagine being in this house completely alone. It's going to be really sad. Of course I can see them whenever I want, but it won't be the same as snuggling up with them at bedtime.
I'm sorry you're giving up your cats for a little while, but I honestly think it is the right move. I hope this doesn't sound terrible, but if I were house hunting, I would never be able to buy a home where there was evidence of cats. Not being a pet person, and someone who is really allergic to cats especially, I would be too afraid of allergens that would be tough to get rid of or other wear and tear that comes along with pets. I hope this, and a new realtor, does the trick for you!

I printed them out and put them in a binder tonight.

I sorted and put them into tabs. I have some extra spaces...so I am wondering what other categories I should use.

I have a HUGE amount in main dishes and alot in candy/desserts.
Appetizers
Salads
Sides
Main Dishes
Desserts/candy

I really don't have any soup recipes. Just a couple. Maybe I should do beef, chicken and then the rest of the main dishes/casseroles together? Or would you separate the casseroles?
Woohoo for making progress on it!

I have mine really segmented because a lot of times I'm looking for a recipe to use with a particular meat, or a particular type of dessert. So if you've got some extra spaces, I'd probably break up main dishes into chicken, beef, pork, etc. And I broke up desserts into cookie, cakes, pies, etc.

I'm kind of stuck in an icky position with my family's annual Christmas gathering at my house. My aunt Carol won't come unless she can bring her dog. The same dog that crapped, peed, and puked in my house two years ago. I really do not want the dog to come. I don't feel like dealing with that again. Not to mention that after she left, I found a bag of dog isht that she had hidden behind the salt bucket outside my door instead of putting it in the dumpster like I'd asked her to.

I feel like the bad guy because I'm keeping her from our family's holiday gathering, but at the same time, I feel like if she really wanted to come, she would find someone to let her dog out. One of my other aunts has a dog and she's making it work, so why can't Carol? Ugh.

I was wondering if you did! I saw on the news that there was snow in some regions out west but since my map skills suck, I wasn't sure which LOSTies were in the snow belt.

How much did you get?

It looks like there are a couple inches left on the lawn. The roads and driveway are just wet or slushy.

Colleen, Nicole, Nicole's fiance, and I are going to a UCONN football game on Friday night. We're taking a half day from work so we can go up early and tailgate. I'm making these jello shots that I think are so cute and I've been wanting to make for a couple of months but didn't have a reason:

Good morning!
Long time, no chat!

I can't stay. The house is in an uproar, and Jax and I are butting heads a bit over some potty issues...AGAIN! And I thought we were out of the woods with that. UGH!

I hope everyone is doing well.

Tracy - YUCK! I cannot believe you got snow already! BLECH!

Hi girls! Just heard from Barb's Scott. Not sure who all he contacted, but thought I'd pass the news along. She came through surgery fine and is in recovery.

Hello.
I think I have some catching up to do.

I get in today to find the register FULL of change.
$19 in quarters
$8 in dimes
$3 in nickles
$1.45 in pennies.

REALLY?
I'm guessing one of the "kids" needed cash and cleaned out a jar.

I'm so sorry that the cats are moving, but I hope it does help the house sell quickly! {{{HUGS}}}!

Seriously?? I would never have the balls to do that!

I called my neurologist and asked about my meds.... he reduced them back to what they were in August and today I feel so much better, I know my pulse HAS to be reduced too... it was a bit scary....
That is scary, Barb! When mine was that high they sent me straight to the cardiologist!

That's great!

I think what happened is that since I was the first person to drop off my stuff, the other people that dropped stuff off bought some of my stuff and I didn't get credit for it. Annoying!
That's not good! I'd call again and find out.

Ugh.
I remember that. Ugh!

That's a bit weird. No offense to anyone who may take their dog with them everywhere, but that's what a kennel is for. My parents put their dog in one every time they come and visit us, and we have no problem getting someone to watch our dog while we are out of town.
